Terribly unorganized. Just try to find the checkout,, secretly hidden in the customer service line. Nobody available who really knows MacBooks. Wakes out after an hour and totally disappointed.

Getting my audio system updated
Drove all the way over to buy a brand new Wacom tablet because mine broke and needed to complete an important thing. Only to learn they stopped carrying them in store. Can find them cheaper on Amazon prime and get next day free shipping why would I pay double price + shipping to have it shipped by Best Buy? I’ve always bought my tablets from here for the last 10 years but i absolutely refuse to do online ordering and shipping for anything over $20
