Had an appointment scheduled for install June 15th for washer and dryer with 2 pedestals. One pedestal was on back order. Fine. Second appointment, installers missed the time window given by 90 minutes. Third attempt to install, product came completely damaged. Now for the fourth attempt, they are saying an appointment was never scheduled. We are 6 weeks from the original install date and almost $3k spent and I still don't have my full setup.
