I brought my laptop to the Geek Squad because the keyboard and touchpad were not working. Elizabeth and Henry David were courteous, professional, efficient, and expert. They dispatched a long line with efficiency and courtesy. Henry David thoroughly explained everything in a way I could understand, and the issue was fixed. Wonderful experience.
My husband and I went to the Garland Groh location on May 11th to purchase some noise cancelling headphones. The salesperson, Tim, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with and was able to help my husband find exactly what he was looking for.
When we stopped in today to purchase a storage device for my computer, Seth C, was quick to approach us and offer his assistance and was able to help me identify the device I needed.

Had problems with Microsoft 365, worked on it for hours and couldn't fix. Took it to staples, what a waste of time. Then I stopped at best buy. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place. Going to do all my business here now.
