I went into the store to get a new phone. We had an amazing experience with Joshua. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the plans, phones and accessories, my husband left with a new phone to his chagrin. We've purchased all our phone from this location and we won't hesitate to come back when the time comes. Thank you Joshua and great job Best Buy.
Not a bad place just disappointed with their selection for computer items. The staff in the computer section wasn't really knowledgeable when I visited and wasn't able to understand (to me) basic computer component questions (think A+ cert). It's a good place for plug and play items but not ideal for enthusiasts.

Absolutely awful customer service especially from the so called corporate level who is supposed to right the wrongs.
