I came in for a return and the Asian guy at customer service had an unnecessary attitude from the start. He was disrespectful and honestly made the whole experience worse. If these kind of people don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Really disappointed with the staff here.

Bought an iPhone 17 through sales rep Joshua J. He failed to apply the “free phone” promotion at sign up, which made my bill close to 90$, had to go through lots of back and forth with verizon to get them to apply the promised promotion. Do not do business with these people, they will rip you off, instead just buy your phone online, so you don’t have to deal with their games. I am in sales myself, I am very frustrated that someone had been this dishonest when conducting business. I urge anyone to check your phone bill if you have recently bought a phone through them. I expected better, and I am extremely disappointed.
