Good Price's and the staff are very helpful
Super solid. Went in to trade my Galaxy Tab S9 because it was having some issues. Got the trade-in value, put it towards an iPad pro m4, and moved data over all in an hour and a half or so. Easy process and the guy at the customer service desk was super helpful. That'll probably be variable, but for me, the experience was good.

The store is always clean and the staff are helpful. Even if some staff weren't sure about a specific product Q&A, they were always happy to help us find the correct aisle to find what we needed. It's my family's go-to place for tech, and we were able to get everything we needed today. It would be great if they could stock a few more of the items that are on their website, though.
Best Buy is slowly go away, the same way that Circuit City did in the late 1990s. Best Buy has ruined its rewards program and there customer service leaves a lot to be desired
