Bought an open box Sony xav ax4000 car head unit. They graded it excellent, but had parts missing and no manual. Should have been graded good or acceptable.

Digital camera shopping, spoke with the representative and they didn't have any product knowledge. What was really disappointing, they pretended to and made recommendations. When I researched the question on the internet , then showed them the result to close the loop. She just looked at me like who cares. Difficult to spend that level of money when honesty is in question.
