First time shopping here. I met Erik as I entered the store. I wanted a certain TV. He handled the entire process seamlessly. I didn't have to do anything and my TV was in my truck. Erik provided excellent customer service. Best Buy has an awesome employee at this location. I was impressed with this young man's actions.
The only reason this is four stars is because the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Where I would write it a one star is the fact that when you call the store, you have to play 50 questions with a computer, and then you get sent off to a answering service and what is presumably a foreign country to answer a simple question. I simply don’t want to drive an hour to get a product that might be out of stock I don’t need to speak to a customer service representative across the world to find that out the lovely local people would’ve been just . In fact, I almost bought from Amazon because I didn’t like dealing with the 50 questions. The computer was asking me when it couldn’t understand a southern accent. I don’t know what pigeon brain CEO thought that this would be a great cost cutting measure. But it drives away more business Brings in
They certainly stand behind their products. I bought a screen protector with a lifetime warranty and sadly had to exchange it a few times already due to clumsiness, but bestbuy has done it hassle free everytime. That's how business should be done, I got what I was told I was paying for. Feels odd that is now a compliment but it is. Thanks bestbuy

Austin was so helpful! I had to get my fan replaced the week my thesis was due and he made sure to get my laptop back to me in time to turn it in!
