Terrible experience at Best Buy. They keep taking down my reviews, but I refuse to be silenced. This place is definitely not the 4/5 stars it’s gotten. And I wouldn’t put it past them to have been boosting their own ratings or to have bought some of these 5-4 star ratings. This place, and this one especially is awful. If you go to Yelp, you can see why it’s actually only 2/5 stars. But they honestly don’t even deserve that. This place deserves No Stars. They’re racists, they’re rude, and you can definitely find better customer service just buying something online. Do not patronize The Best Buy at UTC. I repeat, do not patronize this place. You’ll just end up as upset as I am. Definitely surprised that this place is still around. But give it time, soon it’ll be another Block Buster.

Imagine coming inside your store to buy something and you get ignored? Imagine others being served before you and then when you’d expect to be next, the person just walks away. Imagine trying to explain all that to the manager just to be laughed at? Terrible store. Terrible experience. Definitely by far the worst place to buy an appliance it seems like. You get treated better at Walmart. Definitely not patronizing a store full of racists.
