Will come up with excuses to do anything other than basic software checks and not even have the balls to say it outright
Go to local tech shops instead

Best buy refused to take my laptop which was under a service plan that should have credited to assist the process of diagnosis and repair. Instead the tech department manager at this store location rudely suggested they wouldn't even open it up and look at it. Well guess what you lost our business you were by company policy required to look at an item we bought from Best buy and you refused to. And guess what it wasn't even the laptop it was the charger which ubreakifix fixed and did a proper diagnostic for little to nothing.... Utc definitely needs to review their tech department won't be coming back after this horrible experience for anything and definitely getting rid of the best buy card I no longer need to use as a result. My advice never buy their tech plans people 3000 dollar laptop 2 years 3 months in they didn't bother to even look at because " it was outside their requirements"

We drove all the way from Parrish because the website says 9 pm and they where closed at 8 pm they need to fix the online hours of operation.
