Customer service extremely friendly and the gentleman that helped me load my TV was terrific. However my Best Buy experience has been pitiful since picking up the TV. I bought an open box, great deals and items are always in good shape. I live in Orlando, drove nearly 4 hours round trip for TV. I get home, and see a dent, as long as TV works, I'm fine. Cosmetic issues are possible as Best Buy mentions in "open box" so no problem. However despite dozens of geek squad verified tape, there isnt a power cord, so I cant test if TV works. I called store multiple times, cant reach store, get sent to call center, they cant do anything. They suggest I drive to my local Best Buy to see if they can help me. I drove 4 hours, Best Buy gives me a dented TV without a power cord, and now the solution per customer service is to drive to Best Buy to see if they have a power cord or see what my options are. Have to get a power cord to even see if this TV works correctly. Been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years, spent over $10K in purchases in past 5 years. I'm not going to ban Best Buy for life over one issue, but this is a pretty big issue, and how its being handled is below average service.

Very well staffed and clean store. If you’ve shopped at other Best Buy’s and felt like there was nobody to help, this one is not like that.
