I went there to buy a new TV. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining the differences between the various types. They didn't have the specific one I wanted in stock, so instead of trying to up sell me into a more expensive one that they did have, he offered to order the one I wanted and it should arrive in about five days. I'll update to include the delivery experience when it gets in.
This place has horrible customer service. Checkouts are always closed and you need to go to the customer service counter to purchase. Those lines are obscure and they don’t help people in order. There’s a reason people are buying online. You get to skip all this stupidity. I always see an army of people working on who knows what. But no one actually to help a real human being standing in the store.
