Not enough help on the TV area. No one came to talk to me about TV's. I wanted to buy one.
Sun after church good time to go; not many customers yet so was able to find staff to help
Best Buy has no respect for seniors! I wanted to get a 43'"-50" and was told, on the phone, that it was not big enough for delivery and set-up. I was told that I had to pick it up!!! My husband is a disabled veteran and there should be a way to help people in our situation. I guess I better look elsewhere for some cutomer service. We had good luck in the past, but this is unacceptable!!
Purchased an iMac online to be delivered in four days. Not only was it not delivered on time, tracking was never updated and then mysteriously my order was returned unbeknownst to me.
When I called customer service they were unable to give me a clear answer as to why this happened and said I had to reorder the item. When I asked to speak to someone in store (in Temple), I was informed they had no way of transferring me to the store and recommended I call the store number. When in fact, the store number was what I dialed and was rerouted to a call center.
Ergo, there is apparently no way to speak with a person who physically works in the Temple store over the phone. Unless I missed something, this seems real stupid.
The person from the call center whom I spoke with on the phone was courteous but clearly had no information available to them to actually provide me with any answers.
Overall a very frustrating experience, and I will probably look to purchase my electronics elsewhere from now on.
