We went to Best Buy to look at Apple Watches. The associate recommended the newest model watch and my husband tried on the only band you could try on which was an army green fabric band. It fit but he didn’t like the fabric band & the associate recommended a black nylon band. He gave us the box, we paid & left the store, got home he tried on the watch & it was obviously a small & didn’t fit. He went right back & two associates agreed that band only comes in small & the manager will wave the restock fee. She (Sophie) arrives and said no since the box was opened it will cost $45 to take it back. How would he know it didn’t fit if there is no band to try on in the store & the box doesn’t say small? She was very rude about the entire situation. I will not shop at this location again.

A great place to buy your electronics. They have selections and prices that are comparable to other similar stores. You can order online and pick up in store. You can also pay with electronic payments like PayPal. The staff are polite and professional and knowledgeable. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

I went to this store on Thursday around 12am, I spent 30 minutes trying to buy 2 Galaxy Airbuds, I asked 3 employees to open the cabinet for me. Everyone said "I'll call someone to help you" and no one came... well, I was wearing my work clothes with paint on them, so if you go to this store, look well dressed because they don't like workers.
