There is a reason why this best buy has the worst reviews in the area. Her name is Sophia. She refused to resolve any situation and refused to give us a refund of 1800 cash (We paid cash) They wanted to give a check which takes 3 weeks. Then I said they can put it on a card and she refused. This all started from their employee Joel refusing to deliver our fridge. So now I am out 1800 dollars, have no idea where my fridge is, and Sophia kicked my wife out for being mad they refused to give us our money back right away. 3 weeks is not an appropriate time frame. They played the "We are all store manager cards". Never ever buy any appliances from this store and I will post an update if I ever get my money back.

I had a fantastic experience picking up a new laptop at this location yesterday. The sales associate who assisted me was incredibly helpful, professional, and just a genuinely great person to chat with. They turned what is usually a tedious tech chore into a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience. Stellar customer service all around—highly recommend this store!

I had a fantastic experience at this location yesterday while purchasing a new laptop. A huge shoutout to the sales associate, Darrell, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. He made what can usually be a stressful tech purchase smooth and actually enjoyable. If you’re heading into the Landstown Commons Best Buy, definitely look for Darrell—he goes above and beyond! They didn't have the product I wanted, nor did they have any of the 2 simular products. (*Target did.)
