Staff is friendly and welcoming, but stock is the main issue. Been here several times where something shown in store online isn't in store. You're also gonna pay best buy prices.

I was at Princess Anne Bestbuy to have my computer fixed. When I made the appointment ,I was told I can also bring my Fire Tablet and Notebook computer also to be serviced. Lia the receptionist was very professional on the phone. When I took everything to the appointment , I was greeted by the front desk person D…… I have found him condescending.
When I mentioned I have 3 items that need servicing , he immediately shut me down. He informed me he can take only 1 computer at the time because he only has 20 minutes . The computer check in may have taken 10 minutes for the rest of the 10 minutes he really did not do anything relating to my appointment. While I was sitting there , a young technician was printing something and gave it to him. He was quite arrogant to the young man .
The next day I was informed my computer needed a new part but because Windows 10 will not be serviced after October , it would be a good idea to buy a new computer. I had a lot of questions before I decided to buy a new computer . Tyler the Technician was exceptional . He was patient and explained things in Laman's terms. He was very helpful. Like every business you have some customer oriented employees who go above and beyond , and then you have some who bring your ratings down a bit. The service itself was average with some delays but without any major issues.
