I went here to purchase a cord for my Xbox. I called in prior to check if they had the correct one, and in stock. The person over the phone ensured me 100% that it was the correct one. When I went in, I asked someone else to double check if it was the right one. This employee also stated that it was the correct one. Come to find out it was the wrong cord, and they did not ask me enough questions that would ensure I’d be getting the correct one. I ended up having to go back in to return it, which wasted even more of my time. Do better Best Buy.

Had a worker help me find a good phone. Granted I got a newly released phone so there was not much information about it. They were very good at assuring they were giving accurate information.
They were very helpful making sure customers got what they needed. Who knew phone data transfers costed $40 though, wild.
Was having audio issue in laptop wa l ked in seconds I mea. Seconds later audio working service tech was awsome
