Would give 0 if I could Had pick up order confirmation set to location get to location lady was rude told me nothing she can do just drove 45 mins away from Norfolk for pick up leaving without anything now she sends me to New Port news over 1 hour away lmao what a joke never buying from Best Buy again

I came in with my wife to get some information about my GoPro Hero 4. I explained to the customer service representative that I purchased the GoPro through Facebook Marketplace and was simply looking to see if they could run a diagnostic on it, as I had seen online that Best Buy may offer that type of support. There was nothing I found indicating that the product had to be purchased directly from Best Buy. I was told there was nothing they could do because the item wasn’t purchased from Best Buy. While I understand there may be limitations, what stood out to me was the lack of effort to assist beyond that. There were no suggestions, referrals, or alternative options offered at all. Customer service should go beyond just saying “no.” Even a simple recommendation or guidance would have made a difference. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and not very helpful.
