Went in looking for a specific TV immediately greeted by an employee. Explained what I was looking for and he performed an inventory search, located the item and helped me with scheduling Geek Squad for the install. I was in the store for less than 20 minutes. All in all excellent experience and customer service.

Can't make simple returns anymore. Geek squad has to check the item, then send you over to checkout to make a return. Had to wait 30 minutes just to return a item. Wouldn't recommend
