Where to start?? Let me just say Best Buy in bossier is typically my go to for electronics I typically go in the day time though. Tonight I came in needed a vacuum and was considering upgrading my phone. Lets just say the level of service is horrible. Lets start with the simple stuff they dont even speak to you just look at you like you are crazy. I went over to find a vacuum while waiting on the guy helping another customer so I could purchase a phone. Found the vacuum it was kind of heavy so I left it on the floor to try to locate a cart. The guy who literally stared me right in my face and didnt utter a word just hangs around over there like he is working (the stuff in his hand doesn't even belong in the area) so I come back since there was no carts and just started pushing the vacuum up to the register. He then just walks off. I literally have spent 12k in this store in the last 6 months I am not walking out of your store with your $500 vacuum cleaner but you would know that if you had basic customer service skills. A simple hello can I help you could have saved you some time. Needless to say I pushed it up to the register past 3 other employees who looked at me like i was crazy and asked the guy at the counter if they had carts he just looked at me. Fine I go back to the phones then he doesn't know what he is doing and im guessing it was the manger he was asking for help and it was clear he didn't want to help "how many times have I shown you this?" was his approach. It doesn't matter how many times talking to him like that in front of a customer is very unprofessional. Needless to say I ended up purchasing the vacuum and he is asking the people where the carts are. Oh they are all in the back??? How convenient. You need better leadership at night. The things that people could get online at much better prices you would think you would treat customers better. Worst experience ever
