I went to Best Buys store in Augusta Maine this week to purchase a tv. I was looking for a budget TV and did not want to spend too much. There were two or three options in my price range all within $40 of each other. The sales associate took the time to look at the specifications of each TV and determined which ones were worth the little extra money and which ones were not for my purpose. The sales Associates name in the TV Department was Zack. I was very pleased at his willingness to take the time and to make sure I got the most for my money without spending more than I needed to. As well as being very professional and knowledgeable, he was also very friendly.
Thumbs up to Best Buys in Augusta for employing great sales associates.
It seems like folks only write reviews when they've had negative experiences. I'm sure there are plenty customers who have had positive experiences here that don't bother to post.
