Terrible customer service which my the way is in Asia and you can’t even speak to anyone at the Augusta maine store
We were supposed to have our delivery today of speakers,sound bar and 70” tv
Waited all day to receive the order to get a email that says you have to reschedule your slot is no longer available!!??!! Why!? It was available last week when I was in the store
So after trying to speak English to someone and getting very aggravated I canceled the entire order and will never shop at Best Buy again for something I could not get a explanation for and was not going to get another delivery date for another two weeks

Got a camera, staff was knowledgeable, in and out quick.
Would be a zero Star review if I could! Made an appointment to get my Dji Drone looked at but, because I didn't buy there protection plan they won't fix it or even send it out! This combined with my experience with trying to order a treadmill for my father who's on hospice that took 3 weeks to order they missed the delivery Date and I didn't even get a call to reschedule. I had to call them multiple time trying to reschedule then I was hung up on by a representative trying to reach management as they kept giving me the run around finally after trying to set up a date to deliver 4 weeks past the original due date. I finally canceled it, and got the same make and modle delivered in 3 day from Amazon I have to say Best Buy you've lost a customer I will never shop at your establishment again!
