Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes because they only have ONE sales employee. All the other employees will say no, or offer to add you to the online wait-list (which doesn't work).The only reason we were able to buy a laptop and leave is because one of the warehouse employees graciously offered to grab it for us. Mind you, this wasn't a busy time either, the store was practically dead.

Honestly I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went online and got my son a tablet. They took my money from my account. No problem. 2 days later they cancelled my order and said they could not identify me. I asked what can I do and they tell me to contact my bank. That's ridiculous. They had no problem taking my money boom just like that.. then they proceed to tell me that my money won't be back in my account for 7 to 10 business days . Had no problem taking my money without identifying me though. No wonder best buy is going under. I wish they would just shut them all down if this is how the customers get treated... 0 stars! Do not go to this store..
