Best Buy very helpful with their Geek Squad. Installed a memory card in my phone

The store was fine but when I tried to call the store the next day no one answered the phone for twenty minutes two calls.Never talked to anyone at store.Not cool.

It is closing down so everything is trashed and huge sections are roped off. Don't waste your time, find another location.

I always loved Best Buy but I will never shop there again. I cannot support a company that will so quickly and carelessly fire thousands of employees with no notice and for no reason other than to be greedy. The company has thrived over the last 12 months with profits up 23% Year over Year and revenue reaching 40 billion dollars. How do they thank the employees who showed up to work during the greatest health crisis of our time? You guessed it, they fired them! I will never spend another dollar at Best Buy again. This is absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Best Buy!
