I visited this location on January 31, 2026, and was met with a series of service failures that are unacceptable for a major retailer.
First, I attempted to return a "Best Buy Marketplace" item. Despite the official website explicitly stating that in-store returns are accepted and even providing a return barcode. The staff refused the transaction, claiming they couldn't process Marketplace orders.
This clear lack of internal communication between the corporate website and the store level is incredibly misleading to customers.
To make matters worse, after I purchased 6 Ring cameras totaling over $500, I was told the store had zero shopping bags. It is baffling that a high volume electronics store would fail to manage its basic inventory to the point of running out of bags.
I was forced to carry a large amount of expensive merchandise out of the store in my arms, looking like a shoplifter and risking damage to the products.
This lack of management oversight is disappointing; I expected a much more professional experience from a company of this scale.

Easy parking. Nice layout. However less store help. Check out now combined with customer service making check out longer wait
If I could give no stars, that is what I would do, they may have good products, but the salesman will say anything to sell you a product. Make sure you know get the salesman name and extension number and get everything they tell you and writing. The salesman sold us a laptop convinced us to get the credit card and said we had 30 days and wait to get additional products with our gift certificates that would get added to the credit card when we try to use the certificates we could not on an ad to the laptop we purchased the problem may be with salesman that just want to make a Sale so they will lie cheat and steal. This salesman should be fired
