Baldwin store customer service staff is GREAT. Went in for help after an air conditioner purchase/install/haul away fiasco which began on June 30th at the Rego Park Store, with multiple calls to online 1-800 customer service (frustrating bunch). Johnson (at the register) and Julio (fill-in supervisor from Huntington) were OUTSTANDING. Attentive, very willing to help, quite informative and solved most of my "return process" problems. Still had to call online customer service to solve final piece of puzzle but incredibly the 1-888 number that Julio gave me did the trick. Love those two!
