How do I check product availability at the Baldwin Best Buy?

Do NOT buy anything with their warranty. Useless. We bought fridge and handle broke and months later they have been unable to address this simple part issue. Instead we were bounced around repeatedly to various lines..spent hours on the phone and kept having to return to the store due to bad information which i strongly suspect is a way to avoid actually addressing what is a minor issue. Now they expect us to bring the fridge back to the store for a replacement fridge! For a plastic handle. No one knows what they are doing..no supervisors around of course...Useless. Never again.
