Great service, excellent quality products 👌
So they had a product in stock in the store. I bought this product on Black Friday. It was said “Pick up tomorrow.”
I waited the whole day for the status to change to “ready for pickup”.
It didn’t happen.
So I went to the store and saw the exact same product I bought.
They refused to give it to me due to “program failure”. Then they forced me to cancel the order and make a new one. But no one told me the refund will take 4-5 business days.
I’m not saying I’m broke, but I didn’t have enough to buy the product straight away.
So now the sale is gone, the money is gone, TIME is gone. And im here without the product that I need. 0/10.
