Matt is definitely not helpful , only helpful for his sales, went to switch my phone told me i had to switch my plan to upgrade, little did i know that didnt need to happen. Now i have a plan that doesnt work and completely lied about many other details . Definitely wont be going back to his lying tactics

17 minutes to pay 1 thing with only 2 guests in front of me on a Monday in insane.
Customer service non existent. Manager useless and confused. Lied to try and get rid of me and told me you could cancel the order on the app. Called them out on the spot and turns out they needed to do it. At this point it's an Amazon show room. Tried selling me an opened box item with the seal broken as new. Shady. Drove 2 hours for nothing but wasted time, gas, and frustration.
