I had a problem with my android phone. I am nearly blind with a Low vision condition. My Geek Squad insurance policy is current. This experience occurred at Best Buy on North 10th St., McAllen, TX. 78504 PROS: i assumed after the Geek Sqad in store visit that I was passed off to Bryan (or is it Brian) because of his skill sets. No5 only is he knowledgeable on the product, but he wants you to also be knowledgeable. Many of us older customers are afraid to buy new technology, afraid we can't grasp it, but when you hire gentlemen like Brian, I want to progress. This is great for Best Buy. Many young professionals today lack empathy and patience. This is what I was thinking and feeling as i was leaving the store. I left feeling better than I came in. I was better informed and confidebtbI could adjust to the changes on my device. You, Brian, have really sharp, polite, and knowledgeable skills that will serve you throughout your life, in any profession you serve in. Your skills are inherent in who you are as a person. We try and teach these skill sets, but you either do or dont have them. lear where evervyou go through line You think before you act, Immediately, I was calmed by your attentive and empathetic nature. As you work and solve problems you teach. That's your patience. Youre not in a rush to move on. You solve the problem and I go away feeling more knoledgeble, and less ofraid of new technology. I know I can return for help. Please let it be you! You are great at what you do in Geek Squd, and I hate to see you ever leave, but that's not reality. I wanted to make sure someone other then my husband and I can see your value. You are an ASSET to Best Buy now, and to whomever as you make choices in your life. Thank upu for your help. CONS: Best Buy, anyone buying your $180 Service package should get a dedicated customer wait-line and a dedicated technician/rep for Geek Squad services. That doesn't mean s/he sits around when there isn't a customer on line, but that designated staff member should be aware when a line is forming and get there asap. Your Geek Squad techs are what keep customers returning to buy. Don't short change them. Always have 2 or more technicians behind the service dek. Despite my grief with your staffing issues: BRYAN is a top-notch knowledgeable ASSET to Best Best Buy.

Customer service is not a priority at this store. Young lady at the Geek Squad counter was rude and obnoxious and her supervisor wasn’t any better. Definitely would prefer shopping online than dealing with condescending employees.

You all need to hire new delivery drivers, they gave me one phone call, and thats it, no more attempts, when they were outside apmnt, i was busy, but they supposed to call before they show up, not when outside apmn, i tried calling back no answer i texted them no answer i called store no answere, but they say they showed up to apmnt at 10am, and they were outside for 15 min, i have cameras outside my apmnt, and they never showed up in front of door, so they took picture from the side where camera wont pick them up, they lied that they knock, where no one in camera showed up, manager defending they actions, very unproffesional staff, there was someone at apmnt when they showed up, so its bull if they say they knocked or rang door bell, i have my dogs inside apmnt, so if they would of knock or ring door bell they would get alerted and start barking, i also have cameras inside home, and dogs were just laying in couch, no reaction so why lie that they tried knocking fools, i returned my items and went somewhere else to purchase my new dryer, and i can gladly show camera proof if requested, they need to actually make an actual schedule delivery, they just tell you they can show up from 7am to 7pm, it makes it very difficult to expect a delivery like that, instead of actually giving you a schedule time, i dont know why they run it like that, but its a dumb way to do things, i really hope i can get in touch with someone on top of this store cuz abiously manager was not helpful, i already made a complain to their 800 #, and im working to get in touch with the BBB about my experience, the only one that was very professional was the sales man, he should be the manager, i feel bad returning the items if it affcts him, but i dont want those delivery clowns in my apmnt
