Place is way to slow and the person had to look everything up on his phone and didn't have much info to help us
The issues with this place are insane. Recently, I bought a phone case earlier this month before leaving for a work trip which turned out to be damaged, tried to return it when I got back 2 weeks later only to be refused. They have the power in-store to make an exception, but refused. Sad to lose thousands in future business due to refusing a small return on a defective item. I also had them install a dash camera for me, during which they damaged my car. I had to take them to court and got thousands of dollars due to thier lack of accountability. Go to Microcenter instead.
