I came to the store today to pick up my echo show 15 that I had been anticipating, and I was assisted by a lovely young man by the name of Lee! Lee was very kind and helpful in my search for a mount for my echo show. Very humble and respectful young man!

I've been waiting at geek squad for 40 min waiting on a trade in which they still haven't helped with. Im literally on my phone making this review while 3-4 other geek squad representatives have looked over me. A trade in takes 5min to do regardless of appointments. Customer service COULD do it but directed me here, I'm assuming because they're too lazy.
