Horrible place to shop anymore, it used to be the place to shop but now it’s a dead zone, was going to buy ps5. The price was listed as 499.00. . Took the card to counter and they wouldn’t honor it, see attached photo. Price deception at its best, they said they forgot to take the tag down, well, that’s my last visit to best buy

We were sent to this location from Florence stating they had the go pro we were looking for but this store had a malfunction and we weren’t able to get it but Makayla the geek squad manager was able to get us taken care of at another store even after closing and gave us a discount for the trouble. Very nice people
Terrell in Geek squad is a tremendous employee! He really handles pressure well and always tentative to the customers! Very impressed!
someone name tdai stole my charger he did not have permission to keep it or take it yall are informed and that’s why yall not seeing me use it or see it’s not in my possession and he been saying he get money he act like he got luxury vehicles and designer and whatever else i get the short end of the stick by females and someone just taken from me and making it look like im giving and like i don’t care about what the stores have if alot of things have gotten taken away i can see sort of why everybody that need something don’t be a human being they just don’t want to see you or see the store prosper
