My experience at the locations was great! The gentleman that helped me answered all questions and was great. They delivered my washer without the dryer. The gentleman that set up the washer was great he said to contact Best Buy regarding the dryer being delivered. He set up the washer and it works great. I have had my washer since last Friday. I have had to reschedule the delivery of my dryer 5 times. I have requested off from my job 3 times for the delivery. Which is taking my time and money from my kids and my house for them to reschedule every time. They called today to say that the last reschedule was not saved in the system so I have to reschedule again.which doesn’t make sense because I have the email confirming my delivery. They just rescheduled my delivery for this Monday May 25th, Memorial Day. I asked them if my dryer would be delivered on the holiday and the representative said yes the calendar is open for that day. They didn’t offer nothing for the inconvenience. When I asked about them giving me a refund for the delivery fee or anything at all for inconvenience. The representative told me he could cancel the order. Why would I want to cancel the order when I have the washer set up at my house with no dryer? I need the dam dryer too. Honestly, I’m waiting to see if it will actually come on Memorial Day. Best Buy should get a different delivery provider.

Came in here about 30 minutes before closing a few days ago with my Grandmother who wanted to buy a new tablet. Nobody greeted us or helped us (Not a big deal, they were probably trying to go home). My partner had to hunt down an associate and we pointed out the tablet we wanted to him.
As we were doing so he proceeded to have a pair of conversations on the radio to other store associates in front of us, literally interrupting and talking over my Grandmother at one point in the process. It was extremely rude behavior. Imagine someone talking on the phone in front of you while you're trying to have a conversation with them.
He then said he didn't think that he had one in stock and might be able to sell us the demo unit. (The website said they had one in stock, I checked before we arrived). He walked away allegedly to confirm these details but we gave him a couple of minutes and decided to just leave. I was 99% sure he wasn't coming back. We tried to look for him on our way out but he appeared to have vanished. Clearly he didn't want the sale.
No wonder people stopped shopping in stores when the experience is this abysmal. We will not be coming back and already made a purchase on Amazon.
