Never buy best buy I purchased 2 phones there,I had a family emergency and I had to go out of town so took 1 phone back that I never even opened and it was after there 15 day policy and ,I explained that to them,they didn't care they refused to take the phone back and was very Un sympathetic and I explained to them I have bought alot of stuff there and was going to spend much more money there than the phone cost but they didn't care so best buy your policy sucks and I will never buy anything there again so beware of best buy they don't care.

Went in to buy a tv, and it was listed for $50 cheaper online. The same exact TV. Not match your own prices is wild. What is the reason to go to a store anymore? Yeah I’m good I’ll order it myself off the internet.
