Bought 2 pc from this location same brand same model reached out as one of them is constantly over heating when trying to reach out to remedy this issue with some kind of repair/redoing thermal pasting as it was obviously done incorrectly and they won’t even look at it without 100$ after I spent over 2000 on two pcs over all don’t buy pcs from Best Buy use local shops

Place an order 315 system said it would be ready in an hour. I call four hours later order is still not ready even though it’s only two TVs. I get a bogus reason from customer service saying they had to verify things when the payments already went through the only thing you need to verify is that the TVs are there which takes an entire two seconds call corporate to complain. All I get is an AI and then it hung up on me will be canceling my order and absolutely never again purchasing anything from Best Buy again now remembered why I stopped going there in the first place.
