I went to there to see a demo of a especial laptop available only there . But unfortunately a response of an sales person called ( David ) after waiting for him so long , let me decide NOT TO BUY from Bestbuy at all . Although I have been serviced after that with a v.good , co-operative and professional sales person called ( Austin ) . But having such kind of sales person like David , let me see the negative attitude in that place . That is really not the usual experience I get used to have in Bestbuy .

I live 5 minutes from the Jonestown rd location, and I will drive the 20 minutes to the mechanicsburg location after my recent issue. I had an excellent experience buying a xumo tv from the york location, went to the Harrisburg location to look for a soundbar for the TV. The sales associate was not helpful or knowledgeable about the product, and began yelling at me when I Bluetoothed to the soundbar to make out the sound. After leaving a review under them, the corporate representative reached out and after some conversation I was given a discount on a soundbar of my choice. I went to the Mechanicsburg location, the sales associate Ibrahim was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I opted for the TCL S55H, it sounds amazing. It’s amazing on how different the customer service is between the two stores. This store is one of the good ones.
