Absolutely terrible experience with Geek Squad when I tried to get my AirPods Max serviced through them since they're an Apple Authorized Service Provider. I was told multiple times that I didn't need an appointment, yet still waited 20–25 minutes each visit because customers with appointments were prioritized. The magnetic ear cushions from my AirPods Max were lost during service, they gave me incorrect information about Apple's express replacement service, and then failed to communicate with me for over a week—even though Apple later told me that Best Buy had already received my replacement ear cushions days earlier. I had to do all the follow-up myself, still haven't heard from Best Buy on this issue, and after this experience, I won't be using this location again.

Didn't have what I needed! Aka mag safe battery charger.
Wonderful man from sales department, but no further help with getting what I needed, prices?? Some prices amazing , some still high.
Overall 3 star, only because I couldn't get the very specific deal 🤝 I need to make .. other than that very helpful and respectful customer service
