Can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he was VERY knowledgeable about PCs. I am new to PCs and have 0 understanding of parts and performance. I explained my goal and he gave me plenty of options for what he would recommend. I ended up going with one a bit higher than my budget because it was everything I needed. He explained the one in my budget was fine, but would require more RAM, and the price of RAM would put me at the same price of the more expensive one anyways so it made more sense to spend more now to get a better GPU and the correct amount of RAM. He throughly explained the store credit card and was NOT pushy when I declined the offer. When I got home the GPU was DOA. I went back to the store and they swapped the PC out with a new one within a minute. Overall the experience was very smooth and informative. Store was clean and all the associates were friendly, helpful, and not overbearing.
