MORGAN employed! I went to buy a cooler and unintentionally grabbed one that was without a label, when we got to the cashier Morgan wanted to charge us another completely different thing because she did not want to look for the product well and decided to send my husband for the label to respect the price, when he returned with the photo she said that the color we had was worth more and charged us something else, it is not how much more he charged us was literally 3 dollars more but what need to be rude when literally being kind and giving a good service is your job. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Both in person and on the phone. I will never spend another dollar in a Best Buy. You’d think, with all of the competition (NFM only 15 minutes away), they would bend over backwards to keep the customers they have.

We went in to make a purchase for a tv that stated online, they had it in stock. When we got there they could not find it so we went with another tv. Got approved for everything was told we would be receiving it with mount installation and other items as well by June 1. We got a email May 30 stating our order was canceled. We contacted customer service they said it was due to fraud but yet we applied for their card and was never told to call the bank to verify purchase. So we called customer service for credit card through bestbuy and the bank, they stated that it was bestbuy who canceled the order. First issue, horrible communication. We called plenty of times to this location no one ever answered went straight to customer service line, so we went to the Arlington location. The supervisor there was helpful, told us he has seen this issue before, did not want to run the card again and it cancel the order again. He called the supervisor at this location and they stated they would create a ticket for the issue. We were supposed to hear something back but still nothing. Now we are having to wait to find out the resolution for the order ticket, once thats done reorder the products and then wait for them to be available to deliver and install everything. We have never had any issues like this with best buy. Then their customer service lady was not listening to a word i was saying when I was just on the phone with her. She had me repeat myself 3x, did not have a care in the world, customer service is getting horrible with them. If that’s who we get directed to then they need to be held with higher expectations because they are the first ones, well the only ones for that matter, that a customer speaks to while contacting the store. We just want to get our items.

I worked with Ethan the other day to buy a new cell phone. I was having issues with my credit card and instead of going off and finding other customers to help, Ethan stuck with me for the 2-3 hours of issues I was having with my bank. He was great, showed great patience and customer service.
