Very disappointed in this location. I had my director order a few items for me to pick up and I watched him input my name as an authorized pick-up person. I even got the email saying that I am the authorized person to pick up. I arrived at the store, showed my barcode and I was denied pickup even though I showed them the email that shows my name as an authorized person. Showed my ID, my business card and still a hard no.
Director went to go pick up the item. Came back and I looked at the tag on the item that shows a list of people to pick up. My name was on the tag. I'm going to retain this for my record and email corporate for an explanation.

I had an issue with my soundbar and long story short I was very upset but the manager Moe made sure to take care of me. All the employees were nice and respectful. Thanks again!!
