It is extremely hard to find someone to assist you. After trying to find what I needed I stood in one section to see if anyone would approach so I had to go and find someone specifically. There was a team member I believe work for Geek Squad name D who was not helpful and was really trying to rush me off.

I called 10 minutes before coming here to ask if they had something in stock. A woman put me on hold and checked for me. When I got there I was told they don’t have it. That just unprofessional wasted my time, I went during my lunch break at work.

I had a great experience at the Grapevine Best Buy yesterday when I went in to buy an iPad. I’m not very tech savvy and wasn’t sure what I really needed, but I worked with a young man named Will who took the time to listen to what I wanted to accomplish. He walked me through my options and helped me find the right solution. Later, I spoke with my son who is tech savvy, and he agreed with everything Will suggested — he said I got some excellent advice. That gave me even more confidence in my purchase. I’m really happy with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend this store, especially if you’re like me and want someone patient and knowledgeable to guide you. Thanks, Will!

It was ok. I has a guy helping me and apparently there was a more important customer that he was pulled away for. The guy that pulled him directed me to an isle where I might find what I am looking for. I left. Guess they did not need my business.
