From the moment he stepped in, Presten treated me with patience, respect, and understanding. Even while clearly handling a busy and high-pressure environment, he remained composed and focused on actually helping resolve the issue instead of brushing me off. That level of professionalism is hard to find nowadays.
You can tell he truly cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and his attitude completely changed what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one.

Your AI hung up on me while I was asking for a representative. On the next call it took almost 10 minutes to haggle it to get me to a person, and then the phone line took several more! Please stop using the AI as it made me decide to not even get a phone from y'all. What a disgrace of a decision to use such a pathetic excuse of technology.
