The employee helped me greatly with choosing the electronic item I needed and checkout was very good as well.
TV policy is outrageous, try to return a t v.Good luck, best.Buy custom service as you could return any best buy item to any best buy place and then you get there and they tell you yes but not tv that you have to go to where you purchased it for tv. In addition, they have some crazy policy that if you laid the TV down, you void the warranty.

The lady on entrance will try her best that you can't get into the store to shop... pathetic. I had a pick up and I had to tell her 4 times that I'm here for store pick up and shop, she was still questioning and stopping....Shameful act. I picked up and left.
