This place is the worst. I ordered an iPad at this location and they lost it transit, then told me to screw off when I asked them to fix the problem. Customer service was lackluster at VERY BEST. I will never purchase from this Best Buy ever again. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Been buying from this Best Buy for years, was so excited when I obtained some Pokemon cards on an online store pickup order… only to find out when I went into the store to pick them up, an employee had swapped my pick up sticker on a different item and sold the Pokémon cards to someone else. Spoke with customer service and the manager who weren’t able to do anything. Incredibly frustrated and I’ll be doing business elsewhere moving forward
