Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only is it near impossible to actually find someone , when you do they have literally zero product knowledge. Also impossible to try to call for availability. VR disconnects you directing to site..if i wanted to use the site..I wouldn't have called. Bye bye best buy. We've had a nice 30+ years. No mo!

It's sad to see what has become of Best Buy. It seems to be going the way of Fry's Electronics. The last time I was there, the stock on the shelves was terribly depleted and the few people who were working there couldn't be any less interested in providing help to a customer.
There is a reason that Amazon is sending these places to their demise, and this is it.
