I literally just left the store and am extremely frustrated. I drove 50 minutes to see an open-box TV that was listed as available for $430. When I asked to see it, I was told it was actually $1,000—the same price as a brand-new one. We had to argue just to get clarification on the pricing.
On top of that, the employee seemed determined not to show me the TV, pointing out countless defects and reasons why I shouldn’t even look at it. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and unpleasant throughout the entire interaction.
The experience was so disappointing that I gave up on purchasing the item altogether. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wasted nearly two hours driving for nothing and left feeling frustrated and completely undervalued as a customer.
Simplicity at its best, order online and pickup in store. No hassle, I was in and out within 15 minutes.
