My experience is that of the same as Brandon M. Davis, I also placed a "Pick up ready in as little as 1 hour" order. An entire day passes between the order being placed and me then contacting customer support to inquire why, they say oh it's ready we just contacted the store just go down there and let them know you spoke to us. I went down there and did exactly that the female manager on duty came over and explained due to a payment verification issue I couldn't get the item, I then tell her I had spoke to customer service and they advised me to come down regardless and just tell them my issue and they would take care of it for me. I then told that to the manager and said I had pictures of our text exchange I could show her for proof. Her response "I bet you do, but you still can't get your item." I said okay can you at least just cancel it for me then this is getting ridiculous, she refused to do that, "I don't have to help you, you can do that yourself in the app." Worst customer service experience in my life.... AVOID doing PICK-UP Orders from here like the plague.

Horrible service here. Takes forever to get items I want to buy. Everything is looked up and only one employee has a key. This place needs new leadership. How can you have employees that do not have access to the items you sell??
