I met Ali at best buy, and he was amazing man with a deep understanding of customer care and needs. He explained to me everything and he was very knowledgeable about electronics and electrical equipment. He showed me all the offers and helped me to choose my favorite one device. I went to North Haven Best Buy, there was no body to help on the floor. The cash out lady was over 300 pounds, she had an attitude. When I did get help he pointed speakers are over there compatible to your cell phone. Then I asked another question and the salesman cop an attitude, like one question per person. I was going to buy speakers and printer. I will never go to Best Buy again.

The store was great but shipping was bad. They callat 6:45am I was still sleeping then they call again at 10:30 am but I couldn't answer on time. I was canceled for a latter date. Was not happy . Now we have to go get the tv ourselves.
