UNBELIEVABLE how this place Shipped me my new 1000 dollar phone in an empty box with zero padding , allowing the phone to just jump around the box and I know how fed ex treats packages as I worked their for several years and I will be super upset if my phone is broken. I have purchased a TV off them 55 inch Samsung its only been 6 months about since I have had the TV and I have two warranty i refuse to let someone in my home that I do not know cause im a women and everything that is going on in the world right now with crime to repair it so i said I will bring it to u and they refused both Samsung and bestbuy witch makes no sense to me if I pay for the warranty why can't I bring u the product back and fix it there!!!!????this make no sense to me so I will not be buying large purchases off of them if I can't carry it in my arms ill not be purchasing it cause they will not take large purchases in the store for repairs only small...you need to change that policy if someone is willing to bring u the product u should take it and repair it nomatter the size ..it has turned navy blue and turns on and off by itself it has audio no picture I have done everything it says to do on line to try to fix it there is nonthing I can do it is issue inside on the board to due with backlight stuff it says that isn't no five to ten minute fix neither...this means it needs to be taken apart and some stranger will be in my house for hours noway when I needs something repaired in my home its by people i know that come in my home no strangers I even asked that I read on line since it is less than a year that they have a policy that says u can exchange for a new one no question ask no thats not true its 60 days only that makes no sense neither cause they r the store Samsung will give them a credit for a defective product they still said no I wanted to save me a head ache of having to go throw this hole process but no so I guess I lost my money on this tv cause u know money just falls out of the sky ..I dont have social media neither for ur response that doesn't help me at all.google is all I have so what now cause the TV is in a box.
