Order pick up was fast and accurate. Then just step over to the other counter so I could on box my watch and set it up with the help of the "geek squad" thanks for your help and letting me literally stand there updating and set up.

GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN. This is SO understaffed and over-priced. It is a matter of time until someone opens a Geek Squad competitor and Geek Squad will be put out of business. This is so poorly run, that I am embarrassed for them. ALWAYS a long line. ONE person helping with appointments and then servicing the line. Ridiculously long wait EVERY TIME. I asked if I came when they opened if it would be faster and the guy said "No, there is always a line of people waiting when we open." If you know this, have more people working. Horrible, every time. I gave 2 stars because the employees are trying their best, unfortunately, their managers are not scheduling enough workers.

order still not ready day after even though it says “1 hour pickup”. i went to the store and the woman said it might not be in stock. so why was i able to order it? it was only 1 item i ordered too
