Best Buy cannot service or honor warranties, service plans. August 17th my 77” Sony smart tv loses power. Will not turn on. I purchased the 5 yr. Warranty but earliest date I could schedule repair was Sept. 3rd. ?! On September 2nd my appt. is canceled. Rescheduled for Sept 10th? Not next day. “Unforeseen circumstances “. Sept 10th Tech’s show up but have to order parts. Rescheduled for Sept 17th. On Sept 16th I receive a call canceling my appt. “Unforeseen Circumstances “. Rescheduled Sept 20th, canceled, Sept 25th canceled, Sept 27th, I am not available, out of town. I am now scheduled for October 9th. I believe my probability of a cancellation is 80%. I will not go into detail about six phone calls and two store visits. Nice people but, ”There is nothing they can do.” Buyer beware. They can sell, they cannot service. August 17th first call, potential repair October 9th. 53 days and I might have resolution? I recommend CostCo or Amazon.

Floor staff seems pushy felt like I was Being watched whole time, I understand keeping an eye out for shoplifting but I came in to drop decent amount of money for a specific product felt like they were just trying to rush me out n the middle of the day
We always get great customer service at the Lake Geneva store.
