Avoid this store by all means possible if you are looking to purchase an Open Box item. This store is run by clowns. Pure incompetence by store employees. Either the store manager is corrupt, or is simply out of touch with what happens in the store. I paid $1600 for a Macbook Pro (Open Box - Excellent Condition). Used 1/4 tank of gas to drive to the store. What I received was an oversized box where JUST the laptop was inside, freely sliding between the 8 inches of open space on each side. I immediately went back into the store and mentioned to the employee that we had an issue. Neither he, nor the the manager seemed phased that this EXCELLENT condition open box item was missing all of its components. This must happen often. Corporate needs to investigate this location. To make matters worse, I noticed that there was a sticker inside the box detailing the true condition of the item that I purchased - FAIR (Comments: Residue,Damaged/Missing Piece,...). The manager (potentially warehouse employee) offered to make a price adjustment for the missing power adapter. I obviously declined due to the fact that store employees can't properly label the condition of an item, or have swapped out the item that I purchased for something of lesser value. Seemed like a classic bait and switch. I asked if they had another EXCELLENT condition Macbook Pro of the same specs on-hand, to which they replied, no. Unsurprisingly, after my refund, an EXCELLENT condition Macbook Pro of the same specs was available on BestBuy.com at this location. You'd think after all of this that I'd at least be offered an apology by either employee. The only question that I got asked is whether I wanted a receipt. Corrupt store, or incompetent employees. Those are the only two explanations.

Best Buy cannot service or honor warranties, service plans. August 17th my 77” Sony smart tv loses power. Will not turn on. I purchased the 5 yr. Warranty but earliest date I could schedule repair was Sept. 3rd. ?! On September 2nd my appt. is canceled. Rescheduled for Sept 10th? Not next day. “Unforeseen circumstances “. Sept 10th Tech’s show up but have to order parts. Rescheduled for Sept 17th. On Sept 16th I receive a call canceling my appt. “Unforeseen Circumstances “. Rescheduled Sept 20th, canceled, Sept 25th canceled, Sept 27th, I am not available, out of town. I am now scheduled for October 9th. I believe my probability of a cancellation is 80%. I will not go into detail about six phone calls and two store visits. Nice people but, ”There is nothing they can do.” Buyer beware. They can sell, they cannot service. August 17th first call, potential repair October 9th. 53 days and I might have resolution? I recommend CostCo or Amazon.

Floor staff seems pushy felt like I was Being watched whole time, I understand keeping an eye out for shoplifting but I came in to drop decent amount of money for a specific product felt like they were just trying to rush me out n the middle of the day
