Josh was super helpful and made sure I was helped.
I tend to shop online a lot but the staff at best buy honestly makes shoping in store worth it.
The staff is well trained and helpful.

So, I have an appointment scheduled for today to have some car audio components installed. I arrive early for my appointment as I always do and was greeted by Gabriel at the Knightdale, NC store who had already identified my appointment. There was another tech, Jeremy, working on a Mercedes Benz who decided to stop what he was doing to come over and totally disrupt my conversation with Gabriel.
This guy Jeremy, he REALLY needs to get some customer service skills! Very rude! I didn't appreciate his tone nor his movements as he started speaking and saying they would need my Hummer all day.
As I explained to the representative while purchasing the installation service, everything I had on-hand, what I wanted, and that I had to pickup my Granddaughter from school. She said that shouldn't be a problem. I explained that and Jeremy was not trying to hear it.
I took my all my audio components and leave as I was passed and know me. I switched my installation to the Cary, NC store and their customer is 1000% better.
Great job to Gabriel but that guy Jeremy...Being an IT business owner with six FTEs, had that been one of my employees acting like this guy Jeremy, I would have fired him!
This guy Jeremy needs to stick to doing the installs, if he's any good and leave the customer interactions to Gabriel.

I purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer on 5/08/2020, and I also purchased a five year warranty along with it. I spent $785 on the washer and the warranty. The Samsung washer has not been working properly since I purchased it. I have been complaining over the years after purchasing it, and they would send a tech. The technician would come out and mention that nothing is wrong with it or either say that he fixed it. After using the washer when the technician left, I noticed it’s still not washing properly no matter what mode it’s on. The spin is so slow that it does not wash well or rinse out well. It leaves stains on my clothes and barely fills with water even if I have it on heavy soil. At one point the technician was called back twice since the issue was never fixed. He replaced the entire motor. The washer is still not working. I am furious with Best Buy and realize that Samsung products are the worst. I don’t need another technician to come to my home and pretend to fix the issue. I need an entirely new washer that works properly.

It looks like any other bestbuy, only came for pick up, and I was in and out within 5 minutes.
