How do I check product availability at the Knightdale Best Buy?

I bought a Laptop on 8/22/25 didn't know what I wanted but Kayla was there every step of the way showed me the different models and explained all the features she is very knowledgeable!

I went in to the knightdale location on 8/20/25 to get more info on phones and possibly exchange the new in box unlocked iphone 14 my husband had bought me at a different location for a 15, maybe 16 or possibly a pixel. I was undecided. I was greeted warmly and helped immediately. The 1st young man was very nice and answered all of my questions. When it got to the point of pulling up my verizon info and he needed someone else to help me (I think he was fairly new and hadnt learned yet) he quickly got someone. She was very pleasant and friendly and offered to show him how to pull up accounts while helping me. I say this part to point out that it seems management is not only friendly and pleasant with customers but also to new and/or training staff. A manager happily willing to offer training and teach in such an inviting manner was refreshing to see. She was great and answered all of my questions with ease. I just wish I would have made note of thier names so I could personally name them here.
