I went to Knightdale Best Buy for electronics help. Christian listened to the different issues I was needing help resolving. Christian immediately resolved my 1st and most urgent problem, thankfull I had "Geek Sqaud Total Tech" replacing my smartwatch, then Christian gave me multiple solutions for my veteran organization. I can truly recommend Best Buy for your tech needs to my friends and family.
I've been a customer of Best Buy for 20+ years and this is the absolute worst store and experience I've ever had. I bought a Playstation pro and the salesperson told me repeatedly that I could use a $100 credit I would receive from opening a store credit card to the purchase of the item, bringing the price down to $650. A week and a half goes by and I get my statement but it does not show the credit that I was assured would be there. They said to wait for the card to come in the mail. I did. Still no credit issued. Went back to the store with my statement and spoke to the store manager Cynthia. I told her that the 2 people I had spoken to previously told me that I would receive the credit and that I had not. She said that they meant that I would get a store credit towards my NEXT purchase which is the absolute opposite of what her staff told me, twice. I felt that her salespeople were misleading customers and that I was going to return the Playstation and she said fine. I went home, packed it up, and brought it back to the store and spoke to Cynthia again and she said that the time frame to return it had expired. So I am now stuck paying $100 over what they told me it would cost. The customer service was nonexistent. They have lost a 20 year customer. Do yourself a favor and believe nothing they say. They will say anything to make a sale and the leave you out to dry once the bill comes due. Spend your money elsewhere, with a business that stands by their word.
