I scheduled an Apple certified repair appointment at Best Buy a full week in advance for my cracked iPhone 16 screen. I received confirmation texts and emails all week, drove an hour to the store, arrived early for my appointment, and was then told they didn’t even have the screen in stock and couldn’t do the repair. I understand parts can run out, but if appointments are “first come, first serve,” then the appointment system is misleading. A heads up before I drove all that way would have appreciated.
It took three requests before we got someone to help with purchase of smart watch. The display was totally mixed up with labels that didn't match the products. The watch we came to see wasn't on display and we weren't allowed to open the box to determine its size. Only came here because our"regular" store didn't have the one we wanted.
