I had an appointment scheduled online for 3:20 PM. I arrived on time and stood at the counter for 20 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. There was no staff present at the counter during that entire time.
When a representative finally arrived, instead of offering any form of apology or assistance, she rudely told me that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I explained that I had been waiting and that no one had been available to help me. Her response was dismissive—she simply said it wasn’t her issue and that I would have to reschedule anyway.
Frankly, I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability. The delay and lack of staff were entirely on Best Buy’s end, yet I, the customer, was made to suffer the inconvenience. Any other business would have made the effort to accommodate the appointment or at least offered a sincere apology and solution.
This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I expected better service from a company of your reputation. As a result, I will not be returning to this location and will reconsider where I spend my money in the future.
Everyone that worked at the Geek Squad counter today should be fired
Need better customer service and they need to be friendly.
Friendly staff that's always knowledgeable and eager to be of service to get you what you need even if it's a model of a lesser quality or cost doesn't seem to matter to them as they'll meet your needs and give you comparisons so you choose what you want at a price you can afford.
