I can't find nothing then when it finally finds it it takes you out of the way then while you're going along it loses it. what a piece of crap.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. First they sold me an AM4 processor with an AM5 mobo after I had specifically asked multiples times if they would work together. Made an hour drive to fix this issues. After all of that the system would boot loop. I spent 2.5 hrs on the phone with the mobo manufacture they determined it to be a hardware issue. Brought it back to original store for an exchange and they refused. I will not shop here again.

The only reason I will ever stop back in a Best Buy is if Rena is still working there. At least I know she won’t screw me over, like the company did. Don’t bother with their warranties, which are only good if you keep paying their inflated “warranty” price, which goes up every year, but the benefits keep getting cut in half.
I bought a computer & printer in August, and the renewal for the Total Tech was in Oct. I had lost my job, in the mean time, & didn’t quite have the money to reup. The guy said I had 2 weeks to pay it. I contacted them 12 days later, and a different person told me I was supposed to pay it on the due date, that the other person was incorrect, and I no longer had a warranty on my 2 month old computer and printer!😡
