Terrible Best Buy, do NOT go here if you’re buying a TV. Sold me a broken TV that would not turn on and would not refund me or take it back, claiming it was due to how I transported it. I transported it right side up and securely and they had proof that I did but still refused to refund me.
Business owner and RV dealer. In the last nine months, I have purchased over 17 TVs from this particular Best Buy location. I just purchased three TVs June 26 for three different RVs. I was putting the last of three in Friday afternoon and noticed it was cracked. It is Monday July 14th I just went to the store to exchange it as it was broken when I purchased it. Manager said they cannot replace it as it’s 15 days after the purchase. I stated well you sold me a piece of broken merchandise. As many TVs and merchandise as I purchase You would think customer service wouldn’t end at the front door, however It did and they have lost my business!
When I sell something if it is broken, I make good on it and Repair it! I stand behind my name and my word! Too bad this has been lost on billion dollar Companies!
