Great customer service everybody was friendly and helped us find a great computer
I’m honestly fed up with Best Buy at this point. The level of training and professionalism has dropped dramatically. I went into the store recently looking for an HDMI to DisplayPort cable and asked an employee named Ethan for help. He confidently told me that the cable he handed me would work for connecting my PlayStation to my monitor. I got home and realized it was completely wrong — it was a DisplayPort to HDMI cable, which doesn’t work for what I needed. That kind of mistake just shows there’s no real product knowledge or care being taken.
What made the experience worse was how uncomfortable it felt walking in. I’m a Black man, and another Black employee was hovering over me the entire time like I was doing something suspicious. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unnecessary. It’s sad when you can’t even feel respected or at ease by people who should understand where you’re coming from.
Best Buy used to be a store you could trust for tech help and genuine customer service. Now it feels like a place filled with employees who either don’t know what they’re doing or treat customers with suspicion. I’ll be shopping online from now on, because every in-store visit seems to end the same way — frustrated and disappointed.

Absolutely the most unprofessional rudest Best Buy I have ever been in. I have always bought Apple products either from Apple themselves or at Best Buy for the past 15 years now and this morning my iPad that I’ve had since it was brand new started doing a boot loop at the same time my iMac is having issues so I come into Best Buy to ask them if I can use one of the computers to restore my iPad And the first gentleman said yeah I don’t think that’ll be a problem. He was very polite and he said actually hold on just a second let me ask the manager he asked the manager the manager without even skipping a beat looks at me and said absolutely not rude as he could be. I was in a good mood before I came in but the way that he came across at me after spending thousands of dollars in the store Was absolutely unprofessional and this was Saturday morning at 11:30 AM. That way they can at least tell what manager was so unprofessional I will never come to this Best Buy again I don’t know if I will ever go to another Best Buy after this that is really sad.
