The only reason I will ever stop back in a Best Buy is if Rena is still working there. At least I know she won’t screw me over, like the company did. Don’t bother with their warranties, which are only good if you keep paying their inflated “warranty” price, which goes up every year, but the benefits keep getting cut in half.
I bought a computer & printer in August, and the renewal for the Total Tech was in Oct. I had lost my job, in the mean time, & didn’t quite have the money to reup. The guy said I had 2 weeks to pay it. I contacted them 12 days later, and a different person told me I was supposed to pay it on the due date, that the other person was incorrect, and I no longer had a warranty on my 2 month old computer and printer!😡

Great customer service. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous and helped me take care of business quickly.
My problem is with their "global call center". Can't understand what they're saying. When they answer the phone, they order you "give me your name" and when you don't give them your name ( because it was not needed for my question) they simply put you on hold without even telling you and then let you stay on hold for 10 mins until they decide to hang up on you. I will avoid best buy for life unless you like being treated like shyt by foreigners who chant "death to America".
