I was trying to get my monitor replaced cuz I accidentally drop it while cleaning and they said the warranty that I paid for doesn't cover it. When I specifically ask if it cover that when I bought it and the guy said yeah. I take it down there and the guy is like no it doesn't cover physical damage. Like what was the point of the warranty then ? Then they refund the 39 dollars out of the 50 I paid for the warranty. Waste of time...
