Fue muy rápida de mi pedido
Had someone pickup a fraudulent order that was placed on my BestBuy account and they picked it out at this Sweet water location which is over 3 hours away from where I live. Called the store multiple times and even requested a call back and still no response. Called Bestbuy customer service and been giving the run around and they suggested to reach out to the store. Now I'm paying for a product that I don't even have.

I had the worst experience at this place, the employee Kevin told me that all the laptops on sale are from the year 2023. No clue why he did that, seriously they need to hire people with more experience at that store. Or maybe this store is telling customers the laptops are from 2025 when in fact they are from 2023, never again i'm buying at this store and neither online.
