Best Buy Sweetwater

This Best Buy never seems to disappoint. I unfortunately utilize this Best Buy to make corporate purchases as it is closest to our work site. Several of my employees have complained to me about the behavior of the staff at this location, but I’ve never experienced it until today. I arrived to this location to simply re-print out a receipt in order to resubmit to my accounting team. A Best Buy manager that I will not name on a public forum had the most deplorable and disgusting customer service I have ever received. At one point in front his peer another manager I had ask him if he was OK as he began to become irate as he escalated and yell; audible for other customer. After being disgusted with his attitude, I simply asked if I could be assisted by another member of his management. Which did not go too well. I eventually was able to obtain the receipt that I was requesting after pointing out that he himself made a clerical error and put the wrong date range. As somebody who has worked in customer service for several years prior. This management staff needs to be retrained on level of ethics, vocabulary, and behavior among themselves and customers. The behavior from this manager is 100% unacceptable and should be evaluated.

Califico solo con una estrella porque quise comprar dos auriculares que vi en la página, pero para mi sorpresa no tenían el mismo precio en la tienda, cuando la empleada que me atendió, dijo que en la caja harían el descuento para igualar al de la página. Lamentable el servicio de la tienda.

Terrible customer service. Told multiple employees what I needed to pick up . They all hid in the back. Left after half n hour .
