Unacceptable delivery failure
worst experience with Best Buy
I ordered a washing machine from BEST BUY and scheduled delivery. The delivery was missed TWICE, and both times we received a different EXCUSE from the driver.
First Time, Wrong address
Second time , wrong Zip code
The problem?
We never entered the wrong address. The information was correct in the system, and we double checked it.
Best Buy did noy take any accountability. No follow -up, No solution,
This is worst experience with BEST BUY.
Waste of time and energy. Never Again.
