Needed a new computer last minute when my screen smashed and decided to stop at Best Buy for urgency.
We spent more than a half an hour waiting for service and the “agent” sent us out with a plastic bag for a laptop.
Wouldn’t waste time at this location ever again.

The store was clean, and it had working disabled access. The shelves were stocked with plenty of goodies to choose from.
It would have been five stars review but getting a sales associate to help me was very difficult and I finally had to go to the customer service desk.

Filled with scammers and part switchers be aware and look at your package and specs inside your computers and items yourself. They wont refund me after 2-3 weeks of issues and they part switched the gpu inside the computer even in store I asked if the 4060ti is 16gb vram since it doesnt say on website or box where I ordered it online even tho at the time 1 did say its 16 gb of vram. I cant even go return it due to timing issues and real life problems jus feel scammed b y this store be careful out there. Even when I ordered it first 2 arrive at my place it never arrived.
