Whomever the female (Andrea?) "manager on duty" was I had an interaction with needs to check her attitude at the door. I get it, retail sucks and dealing with customers gets old, but her attitude is infuriating and made me realize why I shop my new electronics on Amazon.
Purchased a 2000 dollar tv 98". Promised a delivery on April 6th. Given a time between 10 and 2. Sometime during this time got a text that we needed to reschedule. Apparently they didn't have it at the store. They had one at the jordon creek store that could have been delivered. A new date would have April 17 at the earliest. Went to the store and canceled the order. Poor customer service.

Customer service here is a joke. The two male customer service staff that I’ve had the displeasure of attempting to work within the evenings are the definition of poor excuses for staff. You are met with aggression, lies and a manager in the evenings who supports their staff treating customers like crap. You ask questions or inquire about items being in stock and you’re continually met with lies despite items actually being in stock after they do their job and look it up in the computer. This location is by far the worst Best Buy I’ve ever gone into across Iowa and surrounding states. Zero stars if possible.
