How do I check product availability at the Ankeny Best Buy?

Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I went into Ankeny store today. A lot of people greeted me at the door. I wanted to look around for a bit.
Then I asked a nice gentleman for help with looking at Apple Watches. He sent a guy over to help me. The guy helping me had very poor customer service. He didn’t listen to the watch I wanted; just assumed I wanted the newest one and went to charge me for that one. When I reminded him of the watch I wanted he went to get it but told me the only color they had left. That was fine. I asked for a little help with the watch and he told me “that takes too long.” Sorry dude to take you away from doing NOTHING!! 🙄
When I got home the watch was not the color he said, but a different color.
