Purchased a $2k 85" TCL QLED tv a little over 1 year ago.. of course. Last week its started strobing a led strip, went into the store after not being able to talk to a live person all weekend. I'm told, literally "sorry but I knew tv, you should've bought the warranty". They wouldn't even entertain looking at it. Will not be buying anything from Best Buy ever again. I spent almost $6k here last year.

The young men working in the store March 15th were all so very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and they all need a raise! I was in a bind and needed a portable hot spot. It was a blizzard and I was desperate and they put my mind at ease that I had the right product. Thank you!
BRAEDON ... hands down best employee there . Extremely honest and I appreciate the honesty especially in today's society. He should be recognized within the company. Had a great experience here although the product was not in stock it will be shipped to me. He was very knowledgeable and had a few pointers and directed me in the right direction. Thanks :)
