I bought a tv on aug 20 and the sales clerk was great and even carried it out to my car. The tv goes white and makes a terrible static sound until I turn it off and restart. I moved it to another room in case the problem was my dish and it happened again. I stopped in today and went to customer service. Even though I was in the store with the customer service employee he made me download an app on my phone to chat with someone about the problem rather than actually giving service to the customer there with him. Why pay someone to stand behind the counter if they aren't going to help the customers.

I really want to praise Dino. I went to both the Jordan Creek location and the one on University, and neither was able to help. In fact, I ended up ordering from Amazon after visiting Jordan Creek. But Dino has kept me a Best Buy customer. He helped me in such a friendly and knowledgeable way that I canceled my Amazon order, and now I’ll probably always come here because of him. Even though this store is far out of the way, it’s worth the drive to receive excellent service rather than settle for convenience without help.
