My husband and I walked into Best Buy to look at phones and Andy the young man who helped us gave us and educated us phones… Andy is the one you want to talk to if you’re interested in purchasing phones! He’s knowledgeable and explains in a way that us older folks can understand. Good job to the one who hired such a competent young man! He’s the kinda worker that’ll make it wherever he’s hired!!
I purchased a camera system and paid for the installation and they never showed up to install my cameras. They kept rescheduling my appointment. Worst experience ever and I will not use them again!
You get two reviews because I made two trips Got it?, here we go: “Yesterday, I was informed by a Best Buy employee that VPN routers were available in-store, only to find the store closed upon arrival. I returned the following morning, where I was told they were not in stock, nor available online, despite me finding them on the Best Buy website. The inconsistency and lack of product knowledge was concerning. I was met with rudeness when addressing this with another employee, and even the headquarters call was unprofessionally handled. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on Best Buy’s customer service standards.”
