Delivery people took my washer and dryer to the wrong address and it’s now been 3 days and they don’t even know where it is. Don’t order anything from here!

SEE RESPONSE TO BEST BUYS COMMENT AFTER OUR INITIAL COMMENT - WE HAVE BEEN IN STORE - WHAT ABOUT THOSE WHO LIVE LONG DISTANCES FROM THE STORE - WHAT ABOUT UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH AND PROBLEMS BEYOND A RESPONSE BOOK TO READ All phone numbers lead to the Phillippines or India - there is NO way to reach an in store customer service live human being for assistance. Have been getting the run around for over 2 weeks and no assistance. We shop less and less at Best Buy and can see how they are on their way to going out of business. After your response - AND I HAVE BEEN IN THE STORE WITHIN THE LAST 2 WEEKS AND THE SITUATION WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF - AND WHAT SERVICE DO YOU GET WHEN YOU LIVE A 2 HOUR DRIVE FROM THE STORE - AND YOUR PEOPLE IN THE PHILIPPINES, INDIA AND OUR LAST CALL GOING TO SOUTH AFRICA - THESE PEOPLE ONLY KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE A MINOR ISSUE AND READ A LIMITED SCRIPT FROM A BOOK - THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING IN ENGLISH OR HOW TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEM - TRY AGAIN WITH YOUR ANSWER TO THIS POST - IT STILL DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER
