All phone numbers lead to the Phillippines or India - there is NO way to reach an in store customer service live human being for assistance. Have been getting the run around for over 2 weeks and no assistance. We shop less and less at Best Buy and can see how they are on their way to going out of business.

Walked in the person at front door notified salesman what we were looking for before we arrived in that area. Everyone was friendly and helpful
