Everyone was super helpful and they had exactly what I needed at a great price!
My family and I drove from an hour away and entered the store 30 minutes before closing. We were looking to buy a CarPlay and took the majority of our time trying to decide which to get. Either way, we would’ve needed assistance getting what we chose down from higher up shelves. Instead, we were ignored and the whole team of about 6-7 younger boys were making cat call noises across the store, which was pretty unprofessional and immature. Plus it seems like they all stayed at the registers. I was urging my son to make a decision, when one guy came up saying “uhh guys, we’re closed, the registers are closed.” Implying no purchase could be made at all. No warning about closing soon, not one associate came up and tried to assist us the entire time, other than maybe when we walked in the door just to “point us in the right direction.” But we knew where to go.
Best Buy missed out on a good chunk of money we wouldve spent there. After getting back home, we decided our money was best spent at Amazon! In the future, that is where we will likely shop at instead of wasting our time at Best Buy, because of this experience and numerous times like this one.

Since when does Best Buy charge $30 to recycle e-waste? Guess it's going to be regular waste now.
Earbuds working great. The amount of time to get someone to get item out of lock case was tearable.
