Terrible delivery and cs. I went in to Summerville store and ordered a 65” nice TV. They delivered a 60” and the screen was shattered. They replaced it in two days but still not the 65”. In a couple weeks I ordered a soundbar online 217.00 and never received it. Called cs and they issued another from their warehouse- never received it. I called cs again and they said they were out of that model but again was billed $217. So I’ve been billed $434 thus far. Next my fiancé went into the Summerville store where she found the soundbar. We had earned a $60 coupon by this time so she used it against the purchase of the sb which netted a charge of $157. Finally Bestbuy credited the first $217 and the $157, whereby they should have credited another $217 instead of the $157. So in the end I did not get the $60 off coupon. I’ve called 3 times to cs and account still not corrected. This all began in December 2024. I am totally finished with Bestbuy.

The sales staff in the camera department and tv department were very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is a hub in South Carolina, meaning it carries an expanded variety of products to choose from. I am shopping for a new semi-professional camera and need to hold them to see if the ergonomics are ok for my hands. I was very pleased they had all of the Nikon mirrorless cameras on display, so I was able to rule out certain ones. We purchased a TV and sound system after the salesman (Nathan S.) spent a lot of time educating us on the newer technology and helping us to find the best deal. I am very happy with our shopping experience here!

I placed an curbside order at 11:46 AM and by 2:00 PM, the status still showed “not ready.” I called the store number, but it routed me to customer service. The rep told me to go to the store anyway, even though the order still wasn’t marked as ready—completely conflicting information as I requested curbside pickup. The rep escalated the call to get clarity, only for the new rep to abruptly disconnect on me, after providing the issue again, unacceptable. I canceled my $400.00+ order. I will never shop at this location again, Best Buy will be the last option. Poor communication, unreliable systems, and zero respect for customer time.
