Went here to buy a radio they said they had open box on the website, got here they didn’t not have it , so I purchased a different open box radio , got him opened the sealed box that says it was inspected and the mail harness was missing I went back and they gave me a harness , not realizing that this inspected radio screen was messed up until I got home the 2nd time , so I went back for a 3rd time . They didn’t have anymore radios in my price range I ask d was there anything I hat could be since since I’ve been shipping here since it was first opened and I’ve had to come back 3 times .. the lady didn’t even look or check she just said no. After the cashier explained she saw me 3 times in a matter of 2 hours… I don’t recommend coming here. For anything. The manager she asked did consider helping a long time customer

Great job on the installation. Chuck was great. It was on time and quick. Everything was above expectations.
Pick up said ready. It was not. I got to the store 25 minutes after the notification and the pick up person searched for it to no avail until his manager came. Had to wait for them to go get it because it was still in a staff member's cart. At that point I could've got it myself and it would've been faster. They need to update their protocol for when it notifies you it's ready.
