I went to Best Buy to buy a new phone, and the experience was honestly disappointing. I stood there for over 40 minutes waiting for help. I asked three different employees if someone could assist me, and every one of them said the same thing that they didn’t have the keys to open the phone cases but that they would get someone who did. Nobody ever came back. At a certain point, it started to feel like we weren’t being taken seriously. We’re young, and it honestly seemed like they assumed we couldn’t afford the phone or weren’t worth helping. I left without buying anything, and the whole situation made me not want to shop there again. Customer service should be better, no matter someone’s age.

We were here on black Friday. The alarms & lights were going buzurk. They had serious electrical outages. The employees were fantastic. Very helpful. We felt so sorry for the employees dealing with the flashing strobelights. It gave everyone headaches. We stayed and purchased several items. All this on one of the busiest days of the year. Good job !

I went in the store and I got a gimbal for my job for videos. I went back to the Bastrop store, spoke to the store manager and the sales associate and the geek squad specialist. The geek squad specialist was really amazing. He told me he knew nothing about this machine so did the store manager, and I could learn as much as he could learn if I googled it. I explained to him that I’ve googled it. I went through the tutorial. I cannot figure it out. I need help. He said he couldn’t figure it out either. I told him I would bring it back. He said fine and walked away the Porsche Customer Service I’ve ever seen in my life then I went outside. I called back to the store. I got the home office and they said their store manager is not allowed to answer calls. Do not make the same mistake I did go elsewhere with your business
