Store was fine, but I was disappointed that they didn't sell PHYSICAL music CDs. I mean .. they sell CD Players.. but no music to play ON them anymore. I'm really not *that* old and it irritates me that the industry response (not just Best Buy) is just to download music. HOW EXACTLY am I supposed to give that as a GIFT at Christmas? Store clerk (younger than my son) said .. "well you could burn a disk of the downloaded music". Wait .. so basically break copyright by making a copy of a download and GIVE it to someone? Um .. no thanks. Besides .. I like the album covers and always hope they have lyrics and cool pictures in the insert.
But, alas, I guess we are being forced into a world where we will "own nothing and like it".

Me and my partner came in to buy a gaming laptop and Michael was super helpful throughout the whole process. We ended up going a different route online as it was much affordable and he was still aiding us by offering protection plans and the best rates possible. Would recommend coming to this store for friendly staff.
