Front door person needs to be specific with directions. "Over there" doesn't help! Stood and waited in laptop area till I said something and then got help. Ended up spending money but only out of necessity not because of the customer experience.

Why didn’t you want to help me today? I came in looking for a cheap laptop, but was reluctantly forced customer service by people who seemed as though helping me was just…painful. I get the fact that you do not have a lot of laptops that are cheap and good quality and I appreciate you showing me the one online, but why switch the sales associate and then try to sell me something completely out my price range? Yes, I understand the job is sales, but I had mentioned a set budget. I also found out I do not have to pay Geek Squad over $200 to complete a data transfer, however, I was told this was the only option. It must be super horrible to have to help a customer like me.

Ridiculous how this location has really gone to …. Rather not spell it out. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years. And this is the second time I’ve gone and the new manger they have (female) is just rude and has a horrible attitude. Dancing and singing in the store is more important to her than customers.
