I came to return an item and was surprised to find a long line with only one employee helping everyone. The wait is extremely long, and it’s frustrating that there’s no additional support during busy hours. I hope management considers improving staffing to better serve customers.
Jul 2025 - Time for a bigger better television for the family/great room. I've used the BB FOLKS since moving to Cinco Ranch 15+ years ago. Reasonable prices, great selection, and Geek Squad delivery/installation is the only way to go. (Yes, I can do it myself, but why? I let the experts handle it and set it up) Dennis, the Sales Associate, did a fantastic job. He listened to what I needed, how I wanted to reuse the existing mounting and sound bar from my old Samsung curved television. He didn't try to sell me new stuff. I loved that aspect while confirming my existing equipment is compatible and will work with the new television. I loved the instant 24-month 0% interest CC finance option. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We're set for Geek Squad delivery and installation in 4 days.
I recently had an issue with my beats solo 3, and apple support told me I can schedule repair within apple store or an apple authorized provider best buy. I chose This location because it was closer to my house and less of an apple store crowd. The greeter was nice and led me correct, but I believe the tech man “ O’brien “ had a bit of an attitude and wasn’t all direct. Even though i’m aware of my beats not in warranty anymore, it was brought to my knowledge before i went up there in apple chat, that they can still be repaired. I asked “even without warranty can they be fixed” He said no. Learning experience i guess.
