Great BestBuy outlet. Apparently the Store Mgr has his working kiosk right at the entrance serving truly as the face of the store. He pointed me to the display counter & called someone to promptly service my purchase. I was done in about 5mins !

Today my husband bought a flip phone advertised to be compatible with Verizon. Immediately he took it to Verizon and they told him that the phone was not compatible, when right back to Best Buy to return it and they charged him $40 for a restocking fee, he pointed out to the manager of the store that the web page was wrong about the compatibility with Verizon, but she told him that there was nothing she could to, that my husband had to pay the restocking fee, unbelievable. WE WILL NEVER BUY AT BEST BUY AGAIN.

I never left a review but I called before hand to ask if a product was available, the worker on the phone said yes. 5 minutes later I walked into the store, waited in line to ask the older aged woman employee behind the register and she instantly gave me a snarky "NOPE" and went onto the next customer. She didn't even bother to look up the item and the store had just opened and I'm sure I was the first customer to ask about the product.
