Went here to replace my iPhone battery. They were an authorized dealer to replace batteries and I called and set up an appointment ahead of time to have my iPhone battery replaced. Traveled over 30 mins to this location to my geek squad appointment and they ran diagnostic test on my phone, said it was good to go if they had a battery in stock. I was perplexed since I literally called and arranged the appointment and let them know why I was coming there and what I needed, why allow me to come there if you didn’t have the item in stock. The guy ended up going to check to see if they had my iPhone battery in stock and they did not! He said my options were to leave my phone with him for 3-5 days since they ran a diagnostic and nothing can change so they needed to have positive control of the phone in order to change the battery. I asked if they could just order the battery and I can bring it back when it arrives and they said no, they needed to hold onto it. I said well that is absolutely not happening and this was a complete waste of time. They could have avoided this whole situation with better communication on the front end.
