When I picked up my online order, it was fast and hassle free (microwave and the kit). However, when I returned the next day Saturday to return the kit, I was not sure where the returns where so I went to the right (the counter before the geek squad counter) and 2 employees wearing blue shirts were looking at their phone and laughing. There was nobody in that line and they were not assisting a customer and I knew they saw me holding a large box but they completely ignored me. Luckily a guy wearing a black shirt acknowledged me and asked if I needed assistance. He directed me to the correct location for returns. Part of coming to a brick and mortar store is for the human touch. If these stores continue to hire employees that dies not care, best buy will be like the dinosaurs - extinct.

I'm not sure why they didn't offer to put my purchase in a locker outside so I didn't have to wait in line for 10 minutes for them to hand me my item.

I’m very upset with this Best Buy. They refused to honor a lower price because of a technicality. I understand that’s just business.
The absolute worst part is how I was treated by their employee Debbie and the GM Will. I could not even get my issue explained because of how the GM cut me off while I was explaining the problem to him. I called the corporate number and made a complaint, but I’m not expecting anything.
Best Buy has shown me it does not value its customers. I have spent many thousands of dollars at this store. I even currently have a gift card for $215, but I’m not going to use it.
Don’t shop here, just use Amazon. That’s how I will deal with it.
