I had a great experience at Best Buy. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store was well organized, and checkout was quick and smooth. Definitely a go-to spot for electronics.

Jim at geek squad needs to find a new job. He was so rude to the people in line bc we either didn’t have an appt or we were “too early” for the appointment. They weren’t even that busy and the dude was in the back for most of the time I was in the line. I’m on an important phone call since it wasn’t my turn yet and he told me to go get my new screen protector for my phone and I said they usually do that bc at the top of my head I can’t remember what phone I had. He was like YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF PHONE YOU HAVE?! Just so rude. Then moved onto the guy behind me. I will never be back, which is a shame bc the girl with black hair and nose piercings is the BEST & Adrian is great too. As for Jim….do yourself a favor and don’t let him interact with people.
