How do I check product availability at the Grand Parkway Best Buy?

Waited almost 30 min for someone to come help me with questions on Starlink. After two employees came by they said they don’t know anything about the product. If you know what you want them maybe this store is fine but if you have questions my experience is that the employees did not know anything.

Came here from from sugarland location asked for help was told to wait and someone would help stood there for about 15 minutes asked someone else they also told me someone would come help stood another ten minutes seen people who came in after me get help same people who avoided me went and helped people who came in after me so I just left these people suck at this location never coming back here again

This is the worst Bestbuy I’ve ever visited. Store is severely understaffed and no one was able to assist me with getting an Apple Watch. After asking the short man in the front with a yellow polo, no one never came to assist me after waiting 15 minutes. Wouldn’t be surprised if this location shuts down with their bad customer service and low volume of customers in the future.
