This time they didn't have the two items I went in for. So, I went to Office Depot and got what I needed.

Called and automatic AI router hung upon us, finally got through and the person lied about whether what we needed was in-stock. Went there anyways because website said it was there. Staff, one young lady in particular being more interested in chilling with the boys stocking the shelves, was rude and mad that they were inconvenienced when asked to unlock a case. Don't recommend this store until the management trains the Staff on what customers mean for their employment.

I placed an order because Best Buy in Madison, MS, advertised same-day curbside pickup, but curbside never happened. I waited, contacted customer service, and was told to “leave a review.”
If curbside pickup is being advertised, it needs to be reliable. This experience wasted my time and forced me to cancel my order.
I hope this location improves communication and follow-through going forward.
