I was shopping for a DJI Mavic Mini 3 drone, and I already expected BestBuy in Madison not to have it in stock as I've had trouble with these worthless, unhelpful techs before. I told the tech I wanted to order a DJI Mavic Mini 3. He looks it up and tells me it's out of stock and can't be ordered. He could have done more if he wanted to. The problem is that some certain techs just simply refuse to help certain people. I'd be willing to bet a good tech at this BestBuy would've been able to get it ordered or possibly found it in stock. Just so many worthless people at most of all these stores..

Customer Service is extremely rude and not helpful at all! I will never be back to this best buy again, and they wonder why their stores are closing down. Terrible experience, spend your money somewhere else!
