I’m giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. Worst location I’ve ever been to. I went to grab someone and they said they’d send would send someone but never did, we stood there for 30+ minutes before anyone even asked if we had been helped yet and the person who saw us standing there was helping someone but when they were done they just kept starring at us not going over to help. I knew what I wanted I just needed to have someone get it. The actual process of getting what I went for and paying took maybe 5 minutes but instead we were there for 45+ waiting. Terrible customer service.

Servicio de “reparación” de Apple Watch decepcionante
Fui a Best Buy con la esperanza de que me repararan el Apple Watch, ya que anuncian reparaciones de Apple Watch. Desafortunadamente, su servicio de “reparación” no fue más que la confirmación de lo que ya sabía: que mi Apple Watch no funcionaba. En realidad, no reparan Apple Watch, así que si buscas una reparación real, tendrás que buscar en otro lado. Fue una pérdida de tiempo y me hubiera gustado que fueran más claros sobre los servicios que realmente brindan.
