Terrible Customer Service!! My business partner purchased a brand new MAC yesterday and it apparently has a password saved from a previous buyer. BEST BUY DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE but instead all calls are filtered thru a monitoring service and call center. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! They want to charge her $40 to schedule an appointment and require her to bring the computer back to the store for their evaluation. This should be able to be corrected by a simple phone call ! The computer was literally purchased YESTERDAY!! Did Best Buy sell her a refurbished one when she specifically told them she wanted a NEW one????

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The delivery team was rude, I had purchased these appliances a month ago and set my delivery date. They were 4 hours late and didn’t even have my full order and to top it off couldn’t even get ahold of a manager to assist. The delivery guy said “ I wasn’t even supposed to work today and I was in bed” then he has his girlfriend apparently helping him. I did not expect this from a such a known name store. I’m baffled. Take your money elsewhere.

It's Best buy. What more can you say they have loads of stuff for sale. Sales reps are always smiling but also try to find one to help. You is a lot like trying to find Waldo... When you find one, you finally find them. If not, you're constantly always having to search
It's very good customer service and the place is what you would want in any kind of electronic equipment store with great customer service
