I just bought a meta quest 3 from here today. I was expecting it to be brand new. But come to find out, the workers here (im assuming) busted it out and played with it their selves before passing it off to me. There was already a profile made on it, and a few short videos of them playing games stored on it. The device is awesome, but if I'm spending over $500 on a device that's to be worn on my and my son's face and expecting it to be new. I'd rather it be unused, untouched, and free from someone else's face oil. Buyers beware of purchasing things from this best buy.

Apparently, they keep everything computer related behind the cash register now. The fatigue is real.
