Sales people were helpful to find the memory I needed for my mini pc. They do have some vinyl. I saw a few i may pick up next time. Good selection of PC accessories. They match Amazon non Prime prices! Get it today instead of waiting.

I brought in my Lenovo laptop, for which I bought the year long geek squad protection plan, for repair on Saturday 2/22/2025. The laptop had been crashing multiple times in a short span and I had been getting the blue screen. I got a notification that it had been fixed the next day on Sunday 2/23/2025. Due to the fact that I’m attending school five days a week in Lander and it’s a 5 hours round trip I wasn’t able to get it until Sunday March 2. I picked it up and was told it had a minor bug but was fixed although it was not turned on or demonstrated to me. So you can imagine my surprise when I tried to use it in class the next day (Monday) and within 7 minutes of it being on it crashed twice and in fact had not been fixed. It even has some new issues and is unusable. I had initially talked to Broden Pater on intake and the report was initialed by a ZK. It is extremely frustrating to have this happen as I won’t be able to use it for the rest of my course since I won’t have time to bring it in. And honestly I don’t trust this store to fix it correctly as they have failed to do so the first time. Whats the point of paying for geek squad if they don’t take the time to actually fix the problem.
