I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the Best Buy Plus Price Match Guarantee and this specific store. In May 2025, I personally purchased a laptop and was persuaded to pay $50 to join the Best Buy Plus program, primarily for the price match benefit. When my laptop's price dropped by nearly $400, I immediately contacted customer service to claim the refund. The process was initially confirmed, but that is where the service ended. For months, I have been caught in a frustrating loop of phone calls and emails with representatives who appear unable to track my case. The situation has culminated in the store claiming they can no longer find my purchase record. I completed every required step, yet after paying for a promised service, I have lost $400. The lack of accountability and the inability to locate a major transaction is incredibly disappointing and feels truly dishonest.

Had an amazing experience at Best Buy today !!! Caio went out of his way to help us, who knew we had so many options on credit and delas, will be back.
