I used to work for Best Buy and I must say that this location have great customer service. Never acknowledged once while I was in there for 30 minutes. I even walked up to customer service I could get some assistance and never received the assistance that I asked for. Now, I have to go down the road to a different business to purchase what I needed.
I was in there to spend around $500 for a Wi-Fi mesh system and had the ideal system that I was looking for, but had some questions about it . Then walked up one more time to the lost prevention person, and this guy was a horrible excuse for an employee.
Definitely a disappointing experience for sure.
