Raina was the best.!!!!! She helped me in the electronics with a laptop. She offered me one on sale (200 cheaper) from what I was looking at. She always got me approved for the store credit.
Frustrating experience today around 7:20 PM. 04/20 I came in specifically looking for a replacement power adapter for my monitor, but the level of support was non-existent.
The employee with the beard in the customer service area offered zero assistance. Rather than helping me verify if any of the universal kits included the correct Tip 17, I was essentially told to figure it out on my own. I ended up leaving empty-handed because no one could confirm basic compatibility for the products on the shelf.
I’ll be taking my business online or to a store that actually understands their inventory and values their customers' time.
