The service is bad. I like there are people greeting me. But when I ask about trying a product. I understand that I probably not able to try the product on, but when the service just answered me with a hard “No” period, with no follow questions such as are you looking for a specific feature….it shows the staff is not welcoming and made me less inclined to buy the product with BestBuy. Also, when I asked about the credit card on how the reward points work. Apparently they are not knowledgeable on the subject, and gave incorrect answer which was very confusing.

Don’t believe what this Genius Bar tells you about your Apple Care coverage. I needed a new battery for my iPhone (under 80%, the replacement is free), but I was told I have a $100 deductible, plus they would need to replace my screen for some reason. I went down to the Apple Store and they were like, “yep, battery is free!”
I’m WOW by the kind of service I get in Union Square location. I stopped by to get a microphone for my phone, usually I prefer not to bother the employees and obviously I was picking the wrong item, since I’m not a technology expert… and then from no where was next to my a young, charming and passionate about his job guy… he told me I was picking the wrong item, recommend me the one I need and in addition. I end picking a couple of items that will help me with my project. I asked his name of course and Me. Frank Cortez gave me his business card. A master of sales and hospitality. ENERGY!!!
