How do I check product availability at the Burlington Best Buy?

Placed an order for online pickup. They waited over 2 hours to tell me it wasn't ready then they didn't have it. Also didn't have pre order bonus for pokemon. Horrible experience.

Always an experience going to Best buy. They are very understaffed and seem to be about ready to go out of business. Too bad as they fill a useful function.
