The online service is fine for when things go right. This time it did not. I retuned one of two items and asked for a refund. I was told it would be processed and now I discovered it was put in as a 1 to 1 exchange. The receipt and app say the return was completed leaving me out the purchase price of 2 drives. The physical store is insulated from direct calls so you have to go in the store to apply for being a math teacher.

Don't buy at BestBuy. If you have another one, it will be much better. I bought 2 different openbox receivers and the 2 came with a problem.
