I went to Best buy to try to find a cell phone case for my Android and apparently they have a great selection for iPhones but not so great for Androids so I was a little disappointed. The store however in general has a great selection of several different types of products from electronics to products for the home

ZERO STARS! sitting in my vehicle after driving a half hour and wasting gas for a PAID employee at the front to just point to the area, I needed. Car radios. I needed to find a compatible pioneer radio for my vehicle. I found a SECOND paid employee walking out from a back room and asked help, he pointed at a THIRD paid employee at a back computer watching cameras. The man at the computer said he would put me “in the queue,” but I was the only one in the “queue” and someone would help me shortly. Well, 15 minutes later not a single employee came over to help make a sale. Didn’t care and was just there for what seemed like the hourly wage to stand, walk around or just sit at computers waiting for another employee to come over. There was more blue shirt employees than customers in the store at the time. Yet, no one came over to assist in information, so I could make a purchase. I will purchase a radio most likely off Amazon to avoid wasting time, gas, and patience for laziness at a in person store. All Best Buy’s lost this sale over the sour and careless attitude workers seem to have. Time to drive home, thanks for nothing Best Buy. Should of been a exciting purchase, but now a day ruined by horrid customer care.
