Great customer care on site
My recent visit to Best Buy indicated a decline in their operational standards, diverging significantly from my previous experiences and expectations. While customer service representatives were present, their engagement lacked a proactive and empathetic approach. I was not offered assistance in locating items, and the computer peripherals section was disorganized, with mice and keyboards scattered throughout the aisle. A significant number of floor samples were either damaged or non-functional, impeding my ability to assess products effectively. The overall store environment resembled a flea market, with televisions haphazardly arranged in the center of the floor.
