My recent visit to Best Buy indicated a decline in their operational standards, diverging significantly from my previous experiences and expectations. While customer service representatives were present, their engagement lacked a proactive and empathetic approach. I was not offered assistance in locating items, and the computer peripherals section was disorganized, with mice and keyboards scattered throughout the aisle. A significant number of floor samples were either damaged or non-functional, impeding my ability to assess products effectively. The overall store environment resembled a flea market, with televisions haphazardly arranged in the center of the floor. This observation suggests a potential lack of investment in store maintenance and presentation. Photo of what I ended up purchasing.

Ordered items for store pickup, it’s indicated ready for pickup… arrived- no where to be found… came back another three days later.
This where happened three times at Salem NH…

I usually spend a lot of time on electronics or furniture. And the 2 gentlemen, one of them the manager and the other an associate, were very transparent and led me to decide on the TVs I needed at the end, based on what I thought in the beginning. Everyone and every day is different, but I forgot the names specifically. If I could remember them, I would say the 4 stars had to do with their service: spending over an hour chatting about features and their complimentary in my space. There's no commission, and it's pure good customer service. There's stuff in there, overpriced like a wall mount. And a close person I had picked up the TV from said they didn't have a good experience, but luckily, I had their name on the pickup, so they could figure it out. Also their computer section could be built up more with barely an Apple computer setups. And one of the parts of the computer setup had a faulty alarm going off everytime touching the mouse to test the product. That’s why it wasn’t a full 5 stars.
Visited this store after not having the best experience calling into customer service. Thankfully, I met Jack who was super knowledgeable and was able to quickly find a solution to assist me with what I needed. Totally changed my Best Buy experience around for the better!
