Genius employee does not understand security protocol, basic iCloud setup, or parts required for repair. No attempt to remedy the problem was made and demonstrated a serious lack of critical thinking ability.

I want to give a huge shoutout to J for his exceptional service during our recent visit to Best Buy. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide us through every detail of our TV purchase.
J spent over an hour with us, walking us through different models, explaining features in depth, and making sure we understood what would work best for our needs. His expertise was truly impressive—he made the entire experience educational and stress-free rather than overwhelming.
Thanks to his expert advice and genuine care, we felt confident in our decision and made our purchase. Best Buy is lucky to have such a dedicated and professional associate on their team. If you’re shopping for a TV, I highly recommend asking for J!
As a matter of fact, just go to him for everything because I had some questions with laptops and he was extremely helpful in that department as well.

Went here today to buy a fridge, apparently not a single person in a blue shirt works in this store selling appliances!! I asked multiple people to please help with a price, I said I just wanted to buy a refrigerator, but not a single person could assist me….” I’m not in that department, I’m a warehouse person, I’m only a cashier”….literally nobody could help me!!! Plenty of their employees to stand around and look at video games, plenty to play on the computers…we left and will take our money elsewhere. Left, went to Target found my item $16.00 cheaper and a brand name…not no-name Insignia brand!!
