Vile customer service. I’m utterly insulted. One bad employee doesn’t reflect the whole brand but the store manager was also utterly unhelpful. This is an embarrassment to the organization. Just a tip, don’t call the customer “bro”. You shouldn’t have to get a fight or flight response when shopping for a new computer. Definitely just buy online from Amazon and skip the people in this store.
I went on Friday afternoon to purchase a new TV. They had some great deals on TVs for only a few hundred dollars, compared to premium models that were over a thousand dollars.
Decided to go with the 50” TLC, and I couldn’t be happier. Scott helped my father and I pick out a nice wall mount that rotates and moves up and down. Glad he helped us, cause we made the right decision.
Deal was great at the end of the day. Got a brand new TV and mount for less than $500. Also got a free 3 months of YouTube Premium. Thanks Scott for your help!
