I had an excellent experience purchasing a new cell phone, thanks to the patience and expertise of Christian and Wyatt. This store never disappoints, and every member of their team and Geek Squad is patient and treat me with respect and kindness. I'm sure it's challenging for techy folks to deal with morons like me....but all members of the Best Buy team at Carmel Mountain make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!

Unacceptable Behavior at Best Buy: A Call for Inclusivity
I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but my recent experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to inclusivity and customer service.
On Sunday, May 11th, Mother's Day, my wife visited Best Buy to look at laptops that meet her specific requirements, including GPU compatibility. Unfortunately, the sales representative she encountered was not only persistent in suggesting a Snapdragon computer, which she had already rejected, but also began asking inappropriate questions about her background, including whether she was Russian.
These comments felt unprofessional and irrelevant to the sales process. I have always thought of Best Buy as a safe place to shop for my computer needs, but this experience has shaken my trust in the company.
I hope Best Buy takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers feel respected and valued, regardless of their background. I urge the company to implement training programs that promote inclusivity and respect for all customers.

I bought a smart tv here a little over 2 years ago. It won't start now. I went thru their tech support and was told that to fix it would be almost as much to replace it. So, went in here to get a new tv. What a crappy experience. No service people are around, had to beg for help. The worst thing is the cost of having them install the replacement tv would cost MORE than the tv! CRAZY because it last only 2 YEARS AND SOME MONTHS! WHAT A RIPOFF. I talked to a manager who wasted time with all his questions and looking things up on his computer, wouldn't even offer a discount on installation. This place has gone DOWNHILL. Will be cancelling their membership which is apparently worth nothing. Would give them zero stars if I could. Worst experience.
