Going downhill. AT&T rep was persistent and pushy and wouldn’t accept my decline to listen to her counterscript. I wasn’t even shopping for anything phone related. I brought the issue to the attention of an actual Best Buy employee and they simply waved their hand of the matter stating that the AT&T reps are on commission.
Bad for business to allow that sort of behavior. I certainly will not be shopping here anymore.
