I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received at this store. Not only has there been a continuation of Geek Squad employees damaging products, but they have also failed to take responsibility for it.
I reached out to the store manager seeking resolution, yet weeks have passed without any response. This lack of accountability and follow-up reflects very poor customer service and simply, a lack of care.
As a result, I will no longer be giving this store my business.
I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The staff were amazing – very polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They guided me to the right products without any pushy sales tactics.
