I have to give a big shout out to Hugo at this location, he had amazing customer service, with this crazy holiday shopping and everyone going up to him asking for help, Hugo multitasked making sure he helped everyone and took his time making sure each customer left happy. Please give this man a raise! He’s the reason I and I am sure many more customers will continue to only come to this location.
stopped by to buy headphones. None of the headphones on display worked. I asked the person in front to help. He said he would send someone to help me. Waited 10minutes and no one showed up. Walked up to computer section where two employees were sitting with no customers present. I asked them if they could check the headphones on display. I was told if the display headphones are not working, there is nothing they can do. I wonder if anyone would check if equipment on display would work. Disappointed about employees' unwillingness to help. Needless to say left the store without a purchase.
