This store normally either has polite helpful associates or ones that run from you. Today we were greeted as if they knew we were coming and eager to help. Then Sebastian took the reins and helped upsell us to the expectations we were looking for. Although the install is yet to happen. My confidence in his abilities are high. Best Buy HR your best employees are never properly recognized enough. EVER! So do me a solid and fix this by taking very good care of today’s door greeter, and our new friend Sebastian. Seriously my words go a long way with a lot of people A LOT of people. Looking at you Best-buy HR dead stare. UPDATE: Sebastian rocked it! Loving the install and my man made this experience amazing. He is my go to in future upgrades for sure.

We went to the Geek Squad and met with Tommy! He gave us great info and told us how to repair our iPhone 16. He listened to us intently and really showed he cared about our. Business and gave us a great plan moving forward. Ask for Tommy to get great service!
