Always a good place to buy electronics
Ended up losing 80 dollars in best buy rewards, because this best buy didn't have a TV that I had placed for an order. The TV has been in their system for months to boot, as I had been watching the price come down. Stuff like this is why best buy is fading into obscurity

I would like to express my appreciation to Josh and Pedro at the store in HARRISONBURG. The 2 customer service reps were great! Not only directed me to the product I was interested in purchasing but also stayed with me and answered my ?. They also provide more info then I knew.to even ask. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really great customer service, he even took my phone and cleaned the charging area.
