I bought an Insignia mini fridge in-store and after unboxing it at home, I found it had nine scratches on the top. I called customer support, and while they were courteous, the only option offered was an in-store exchange. Since the store is an hour away and there is no guarantee the replacement will not have the same issue, I am now stuck with a scratched mini fridge. Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new product.

Buy tablet from them and as It has scratches on it as marks on them and sold me an old model.
