Absolutely unacceptable experience with Best Buy. Due to their employee's incompetence, my shipping address was written incorrectly. i had to waste my time dealing with UPS to fix their mistake. And just when I managed to sort it out Best Buy recalled the package and sent it back to the sender - without even notifying me. Now I won't receive the item I paid for, because I'm leaving the country, and I have to wait who <nows how long for the return to even begin the refund process. This is not just frustrating - it's completely negligent and shows total disregard for the customer.
**If you're a foreigner visiting or staying temporarily in the U.S., do yourself a favor: don't buy anything from Best Buy. They don't care about your time, your money, or your situation.**
