We came in to the store today to buy an Apple Watch, which we did. The associate was solely interested in upselling us to Apple Care and Best Buy card. He wasn't being patient with us while we were choosing our watch +band options. We also had a 5$ reward that we wanted to apply to our cart, which he incorrectly said couldn't applied to the cart. Quite a bad experience today.
