This Best Buy/Geek Squad location provided the most disappointing experience I’ve encountered. Staff took my device to the back without clear communication, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes just to have a screen protector applied. Additionally, they attempted to convince me that I needed to fill out a form allowing them to copy and store my data, which was completely unnecessary for the service I requested.

I ordered a laptop online it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, on app kept saying waiting to be packaged. I ordered it Saturday, was supposed to been delivered Sunday. So I went in store and the associate named Jacob continue to tell me it was already packaged and sent out when on the app showed it was never package yet they said it was still going to be me delivered yesterday and it never got delivered now I have an email at 11:00 p.m. last night stating it won't get here now until the following week which I think is a bunch of crap I went inside to cancel that order online and get it in person and they told me no they couldn't help me and now I'm waiting for the product I purchased a week and a half later that is unacceptable.
