This Best Buy is a mess. The staff don’t care, the store is unorganized, and finding help is impossible. To make it worse, checkout took way too long even though hardly anyone was in line. Waste of time — I won’t be coming back.

I was impressed when first arriving as they have a staff member helping you get to where you need to go. My associate was super nice. I was so disappointed when the laptop I saw on their website was not in stock, but they had it on display.
They lost a sale. I could have ordered online and not taken the time to go there. I went to DELL and ordered. I didn't want to return for pickup.
The store looked very nice and clean.
Terrible your automotive staff you put self tappers in to my car without my knowledge for a ground that you simply could have achieved by attaching it to a my strut tower and the least you all could have done was put the self tapper into the back of one of the carpet panel to so that why it would be hidden and informed me of this action and then to which you didn't even hook up the backup camera fully because every labeled wire you could have got wrong for it you got wrong and then your tech told me they could figure out why it wasn't working as well the was a obvious slight in of the camera wire so the camera is completely unfunctional without splicing the wires back together
