Ordering was easy. Delivery not good. Order is delayed supposed to come today they said maybe tomorrow. That is the reason I hate Ordering online

I went in to buy a printer. A girl walked back with me. She was fairly helpful. I chose one. I was in a lot of pain because of chronic pain in my right foot. I told her that, and she offered to carry it up front for me, which was nice.
We got to the register and rang it up. Oops
It was the wrong one, and maybe they didn't have the one I chose. She said she would look in the back. I don't know if she found it because I left after waiting 15 minutes. Did I expect her to be back in 5 minutes? No. I didn't expect her to be back in 10. She couldn't have asked her manager or another coworker to let me know the status?
That's not the 1st bad experience. There won't be anymore because I choose not to shop there again.
