TV specialist here is ann absolute joke! They guy sold me a defective model , if you look online the reviews for this TV where bad , I didn't bother to check because I paid 3 thousand dollar's and figured that by paying so much I would be getting good quality equipment the equipment is good quality, but the model is defective and it keeps breaking. They need to train this guy to do his research before selling TV's to people who are barely getting making it paycheck to paycheck! Please no not tell me to follow up on social media I do not have social media , I want accountability for the lack of responsibility and common sense this employee and company has! Samsung just keeps sending me the same model broken TV and the new ones just keep breaking , I have had 3 new TVs and they all broke witch means this model is defective!! Please help me because if you do not help me. I will start a lawsuit against you!

If i could, i would definitely give them a zero. The people out front are sending you to the register and the people at the register are sending you to the people at the front. No one is willing to help. At the register the girl was extremely rude. What a waste of time and money!
