Purchased a computer and monitor through the leasing program and was promised next day delivery ups lost the package so I ordered a new computer and monitor Best Buy gave the wrong address to ups the second time and still have yet to receive my computer 2 weeks later tried to cancel the order through best by and they tell me there nothing I can do so now I’m stuck paying for something that I never received or can get any information on due to anyone on Best Buy or ups part horrible customer service would not purchase or recommend to anyone
