This store staff is great, only bad thing is that it's a smaller store so they are limited on certain stock.
I purchased a Geek squad warranty, I have spent over 12k dollars worth of appliances for my new home. I had a Frigidaire refrigerator go out after 15 months. I called to get someone to come out to repair. I was told I had to pay a service fee of 107.00 to have someone come out. They looked the refrigerator up and after paying my fee they made an appointment. When the service tech arrived 2 days later I was told I did not have a warranty on that refrigerator. I asked how they found the refrigerator 2 days earlier, after looking they found the refrigerator under my daughters account. When I purchased the refrigerator it was under my telephone number, I gave them my daughters number to call when they were ready to deliver because I would be out of town. I showed them all of my receipts including the one I purchased the refrigerator and they all had the same credit card number. But they would still not honor the warranty after admitting I had purchassed it saying they could not transfer to my account. I have paid 2 years geek squad protect and a service fee totaling 485.00. I will never go back to Best Buy to purchase anything, they do not value you as a customer.
