I never post bad reviews but couldn't resist with this experience. My washer delivery date was unilaterally changed by Best Buy without proper notification and I took off a day of work to be home for the delivery. What has really prompted me to write this review is that there is NO way to reach the store. I've contacted the "local" number 5 times and tried every way to reach the store but can't. And when I did reach representatives, they don't have any authority to help me with this. Then gave me several numbers that never were the right departments. Not to mention I was disconnected by the representatives on three of my calls.
I realize that customer service isn't the way that alot of companies operate anymore but this is utterly unacceptable. It is outrageous to remove the ability for a customer to speak to a manager in a local store.
Customers would give Best Buy their hard earned money deserve to have a way to speak to human beings in their local store.
