We got in and out in 35 minutes. Got what we wanted, but we did our research beforehand and arrived at opening.
We did have a broken TV to turn in for recycling. We were charged $30.00, even though the website did not mention a surcharge for recycling. Other than that, experience was good.

I had such a fantastic experience with Cody that I had to share. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and immediately offered to help with what I was looking for. Not only was he incredibly friendly and patient, but his product knowledge was also outstanding—he answered every question I had with confidence and clarity.
He took the time to explain the differences between models without any pressure to upsell, and he made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and knows the products inside and out, but Cody is that person.
Best Buy is lucky to have him—this level of service deserves recognition, and frankly, a raise. He truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.
