Amir in customer service was excellent so friendly and had us in and out quickly!!! Definitely recommend working with him for any future issues!!!
I arrived at my scheduled appointment for laptop repair and completed the check-in process. Two staff members were conversing (Landon, couldn't remember the other new employee's name). I notified them that I had already checked in; he requested that I sit down and wait. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I realized they didn't plan to serve us, so I left. As we exited, he contacted us to ask why we were leaving. He claimed he needed to train the new hire, but he was simply standing there conversing. The service at this establishment was disappointing.
