I bought a washing machine that said it was in like new condition and it was most certainly not and even missing vital.components. I exchanged for another but somehow was charged an extra $50. There is no reasoning with these people. Try explaining a simple concept of being charged $50 more and watch them not understand. Tried to get my best buy credit card to back me up with simple logic and NO. They said in a note that I didn't process my return properly when they are the ones that set it up. I am never shopping here again. It's pretty sad when neither the company or the credit card can see simple logic and want to argue with you and make it seem like you are being irrational. Certainly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Goodbye Best Buy. Remember when you treated your.customers well?
