My father n law had gotten a stove from them and they were amazing and accommodating
We were shopping for a new laptop. While the associate that we worked with seemed knowledgeable about the options, he seemed driven to sell specific devises rather than listen to our needs. We ended up just browsing on our own and ultimately purchased elsewhere.
I will give the store 4 stars for its selection of products and some employees, but their team of installers is horrible. They use a company called Installs, Inc. that couldn’t care less about Best Buy’s customers. A promised time frame has come and gone with absolutely no communication from them, or from Best Buy for that matter. My $2,000 TV (that I bought 8 days ago) has been sitting in their truck for 2 1/2 days now. Frustrating!!!
