By far the worst consumer interaction I have ever had. They lie, mislead, and do not honor what they say.
If you can avoid doing business with this location , do it by all means.
They over promise and under deliver. The store manger Dieter was of no help whatsoever .

The dumbest phone system.Good luck trying to call and speaking to someone. You will get tour of every department you don't and when you ask to speak to a store manger the response is " please drive to the store to speak to the manger" BestBuy News flash, you are not amazon. People want to talk with people they purchased from. Worst customer service ever. At this point just buy on amazon, you'll get better customer service and lest frustrating. Oh and BTW the extension on the employee business card is wrong.
