0-Star Review – if i could .....Worst Experience Ever at Best Buy East Colonial
I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I went around 2pm to buy an Osmo camera, which costs around $1,000. I asked an associate for help, and they told me someone would assist me in about 5 minutes. Ten minutes passed, and still nothing. I overheard another associate say the person who was supposed to help me would be there in five minutes—but she was just standing at the register with no customers, clearly not busy.
I ended up waiting over 15 minutes. Not once did she acknowledge me, say hi, or even let me know she'd be a bit longer. It felt like my time didn’t matter to them at all.
There were maybe 10 customers in the entire store and plenty of associates walking around, yet no one helped me. Everyone just seemed disinterested. For a purchase that significant, I expected at least some basic courtesy.
I won’t be coming back. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
BTW also want drones and in the website says they have also here but there was a sign saying no drones available go to the website.
