Es horrible comprar aquí te hacen perder tu tiempo te hacen venir una y otra vez compré un equipo me dan cita para configurar y vengo y no pueden porq no tienen el tiempo su trato es pésimo no tienes a quien colocar las quejas.. no pierdan su tiempo viniendo a este lugar

SHADY SALES PRACTICES.
I bought a Mac here. The sales representative told me that he had enrolled me in the AppleCare plan, BUT instead enrolled me in a membership subscription for Best Buy for the same cost. I was in a rush and didn’t review the paperwork closely.
One year later when I got a $180 invoice and hours of customer support calls later, I found instead of signing me up for the 3 year $180 AppleCare coverage advertised, I was signed up for a one year renewing Best Buy membership for $180.
Best Buy now refuses to refund me about $180 and I’m no longer eligible for AppleCare through Apple since it’s been a year.
DON’T TRUST THE SALES REPS.
