Exceptional shopping experience from the second we walked in the door. I regret not getting any names. The African American gentleman working the desk at the door was directed us to where the carts were as I needed one to help me walk due to a back injury. He called someone on the radio and told them what dept we were going to so they could meet us there and answer any questions. Once we picked out the item we wanted, he personally came and helped load it onto a hand truck for us due to my injury and then called for a young man (tall, glasses, and friendly) who took the item to checkout and then out to our car and loaded it for us. He even gave us helpful hints about letting the item stand for 24 hours before plugging it in since we had to lay it down to get it home. Could not ask for a better shopping experience. The folks have put the BEST in Best Buy. Thank you so very much!!!!
