Best Buy Winston-Salem

I buy from Best Buy fairly often because their membership allows for a very liberal return policy that comes in handy with the quality of modern technology. The store is a standard Best Buy. Nothing special…BUT, the staff at this store is exceptional. A while back I stopped in and every person there was unbelievably nice, and I thought there was a secret shopper or a district manager on site. I even commented to someone who worked there. A few weeks later I went back and it was the exact same thing. Today, I went back. Exact same thing again. This isn’t just one employee who is great at their job, it was pretty much the entire store and multiple people every time. While I do think they get a level of commission, every Best Buy has been that way for decades. This store stands above the others I’ve been to, so I think that should be commended.
