Last few times I have gone the service has gotten worse. I like to go to brick and mortar stores to make purchases. Tonight I took a tag up for merchandise as you do in other places and was asked if I wanted to get it. Then I was told to go stand at it and someone would come by. I waited 20 minutes while many employees walked by and wouldn't offer to help. I left without getting what I wanted. I make a few purchases there a year that I will be making other places. I wanted to email them rather than make it public but there was no option. I tried to talk to anyone and no one was interested in talking to me.

Well i bought a device from them a few months ago. Used some financing. I was told this would be a no intrest loan/card by the employee thay helped me for 6 months. I said great. I now get blown up by there loan company 5 times a day. Call after call after call. So on top of being lied to i get to deal with this. Then i go on to set up the card account to start making payments. And it has been nothing but a hedache. What a disguating way of doing things. I use best buy a lot and have never had an issue untill now. I will be returning to the store itself to pay off the card since the app and website are no good. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on.
