The place was clean, The people there were frendly, they had exactly what i needed, and more. I got greeted right when i walked in. I will definitely be going back if i need a new keyboard or mouse.

Terrible service. I first spent 2 hours walking the store asking and grabbing all my products. I realized that most of there packaging was opened product. So I asked to see if I could make sure all parts was in the products I was purchasing so I didn't have to drive 3 hours to get it fixed or to finish my build. I got rejected on opening the product up, they said I would have to purchase it to view the contents. I got the product home took 9 hours to disassemble and rebuild my pc to find out the fan module was not in the box. I called the store the very next day, got immediately hung up on 3 times and it takes about 10 minutes to get ahold of some one i was then directed customer service. Witch told me I would have to take apart my computer or bring the computer to there store so they could look at it, then they said the store would get ahold of me in 24 hours 3 days passed and no call I call back and get customer service again witch then tell me they cant give me the store contact information and then transfer me to parts geek in India witch they also said there was nothing they can do for me and that. If any issues was found with my system due the stores neglect I would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. I will be contacting the BBB over this issue and will figure a legal path I can take for this issue. If this could be a no star it would be.
