Recently had a MacBook repaired under warranty. Although the Repair process was covered and easy, the pick up was less than ideal. I made an appointment for 10:40AM. Arrived at the store around 10:30 Am. Walked around for 5 minutes looking at various items. Checked in and headed up to the geek squad desk for pick up. There was a line of 6 people. I had to wait in that line for 30 Minutes before I was able to let them know I just had a pickup. I do not blame the 2 guys working but what is the point of an Appointment if you still just have to wait in line?

Getting someone to help in laptops is a 40 minute affair. You have to hunt down 5 Best Buy workers all who will “send someone over” just to buy one. If I didn’t need it tomorrow I would have just bought the one off amazon.
