This Best Buy has always been a solid store. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of items. Recommend if you're looking for anything entertainment wise.

Going to Best Buy is usually a good experience, but it was not at this store, I went for a kindle that showed online was in store, at first I was looking for it myself, but the shelf was completely empty with no products and the tags all thrown, so I proceeded to look for help from somebody at the store, at first he handed me the wrong products, then when I asked for the right products at the register I found d air it was the wrong one because it was more expensive than the one I asked for, and the lady at the register had somebody else look for the product with the right SKU code, after almost 30 minutes of having this the lady at the register from her chair told that all she could do was to mail order it for me or that I had to go to another store, in a completely rude manner, awful costumer service. Eventually I just gave up and did not buy anything, was not worth the energy.

Service was embarrassingly bad. I waited for 15 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. Even longer to find someone that knew where inventory was. Thankfully the guy that helped in the end had it together. There were a ton of people standing around in uniforms, but only two or three seemed to be working.
