How do I check product availability at the Florence Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Sales people don't know anything about the products when you ask question they say just I dont know. So rude personal when you go to them they even dont look at you and dont ask if you have any question or you want something. Before I loved here the customer service they were polite but not today. I would recommend to pay better attention on customer service workers and teach them doing better service.

The tele number goes to a foreign call center and it is difficult to understand and takes long time just to make appt with local Geek Squad!!!
