I had to purchase a TV, had to be an LG, it it happened to be on sale!!
I wanted to share my recent experience with two employees at your store. When I walked into the store I happened upon Spirit, a Samsung representative. She was not serving any Samsung customers, so when asked for assistance, she was more than willing to give of her time. She assisted me with some car phone mounts, options to pair phone to car and even showed me some things to try on my iPhone.
Instead of spending a significant amount of money on items she felt may or may not work, I went to my car and tried the suggestions she made related to settings on my phone. While some of them worked and were certainly necessary, I was still unable to connect to CarPlay.
So, I returned to the store thinking it was an Apple problem, I went directly to the Apple department. I was fortunate to meet Robert who recognized the anxious I was having, and discovered right away that we had the same vehicle. This was such a relieving moment, as he could easily relate to my challenge. He directed me swiftly to the area where I would find what I needed. He handed me the exact cord he uses in his car. With confidence and the utmost kindness, he sent me on my way.
Needless to say, his advice was exactly what I needed. We are now happy to report that our phone is connected and CarPlay is now working.
In addition, Sarah, at customer service, and another young man whose name I didn’t get, helped me find a couple more items I needed and checked me out successfully.
Thank you ALL for helping a stressed and now grateful customer with grace and patience. This Best Buy location is lucky to have all four of these employees. Unfortunately, I do not live in Ohio and will likely never return to this store. So, I end this review with a huge thank you. 😊
Poor customer service. Purchased Samsung Buds from Best Buy in Florence and left earbud will not stay charged. Contacted Best Buy for repair or exchange since the were very new. They advised me to contact Samsung. Not very friendly or helpful. I should have just purchased at Samsung to start with!
Do not recommend!!
They are of little assistance with a problem and what they told me to could have resulted in a huge catastrophe.
