I always thought the Geek Squad would be very expensive for what they do. I do not feel that way anymore.
Customer service is a priority for these gents in Florence KY. To meet this goal they need us to make an appointment. They are very busy.
I just needed a battery replaced on my Iphone 11 pro max. Foolishly, I had replaced the battery at an unauthorized service center. The battery could not be recognized by the iphone.
The first thing Geek AJ did was run a diagnose on the phone to be sure it was OK. It was.
The phone was ready for me after only three hours as promised.
The technician discovered a mess inside including double sided tape. He was still able to replace the battery.
Moral: Use ONLY genuine apple parts and the Geek Squad is a bargain.
