Sales people don't know anything about the products when you ask question they say just I dont know. So rude personal when you go to them they even dont look at you and dont ask if you have any question or you want something. Before I loved here the customer service they were polite but not today. I would recommend to pay better attention on customer service workers and teach them doing better service.

The tele number goes to a foreign call center and it is difficult to understand and takes long time just to make appt with local Geek Squad!!! Horrible customer service!
