I just went there to pick up a TV I ordered online. The pickup was easy and the TV is great.
My coworker went in there to pick up an online order for a laptop labeled online as “open box excellent”. He gets there and gets help and the employee grabs the box and pulls out the bare laptop with no charger and no accessories. Also it had very noticeable scratches and when he asked where the charger was, which at first they refused to give him a charger and then he asks for a manager and the manager just grabs a random charger that doesn’t even fit the laptop and my coworker was frustrated and that’s when the manager said to him “if you have a problem with it, just return it”, he said this rather than try to correct the issue. Then he proceeds to return it and they asked him if it was working and if it had a charger. Very horrible service with not only employees but even a manager. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Friendly predictable service...we needed to buy a new laptop for our son and the sales people were knowledgeable and helpful
