If I could give no stars I would the communication is horrible the phone lines for customers service for products and rescheduling are terrible your Oder will get cancelled last minute you won’t get your money back unless you run around and make an issue no body’s can fix anything I would never order anything from BestBuy every again. Do better

We ordered a fridge from Best Buy over a month ago. They have cancelled and rescheduled the delivery five separate times, and we still don't have the fridge. Would not order from here again. Their customer service has been horrible.

Called to see if Geek Squad could replace a computer battery and was told yes and for $35. I ordered the battery and then called again and explained I had bought a battery replacement for my computer and needed it replaced. Appointment time three days later I took the computer in and they promptly told me they can’t replace batteries that the customer buys. I asked why I was told on the phone that they could and he kept cutting me off and saying they can’t. He couldn’t be still long enough to have a conversation with me, kept interrupting me when I tried to ask a question and walked off before the conversation was over. Very rude, couldn’t care less that two people had told me they could replace the battery and my time was wasted. I won’t return.

We went in looking for an item, and a male associate was super friendly at check out. However, the lady we asked for assistance had the audacity to refer us Total Best Buy Rewards members to Amazon for the said item. I did end up speaking to management regarding the request of this associate and informed him that this is why we as a nation struggle to work together these days is because people in general don't listen or are too preoccupied with their own agenda. I won't be dealing with negative feelings about this interaction, but will next time work harder to not interact with the female associates at Best Buy.
