They are very nice and give great service.
Let me tell you a story boys and girls. We ordered a dishwasher from here 4/23/25 and we were told delivery before Memorial Day. The week before delivery, we received a call saying delivery had to be postponed a week. That was fine, we rescheduled to the first week of June. We get a call 6/5 scheduling our appointment, which we did. Here's where the fun part starts. We then get an email saying no delivery time is schedule and to call and schedule. We call and they tell us THEY DON'T HAVE OUR DISHWASHER. That it's back ordered until July. We explain how we already scheduled and they were so confused but said No, no dishwasher. So today we go to the location and are told they DO have the dishwasher, it's on the truck out for delivery and installation (we paid extra for installationand haul away). We come home and wait. They show up, walk to our sink and go "oh, we can't install to this valve, you need to replace it." We said there's adapters that can be put on, don't you have adapters? He said "No. We don't do adapters and we can't install it even if you had one. You have to get a whole new valve." They refused to do ANYTHING. I asked for them to leave the dishwasher here IN THE BOX, so I don't have to worry about them selling it to someone else. They drop the dishwasher off NOT IN THE BOX. When I noticed the dishwasher, I said "I want the box too". They went outside (I assumed to get the box) and look outside to find they just left. The 800# is horrible, no help. This is the second appliance we've ordered from them and the second one they've severely messed up. WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!
I am an experienced buyer of over 23 years and their customer service has seen better days. Completely irrational systems in place to manage customer issues. Couldn’t use my paid for extended coverage in a reasonable amount of time. Their expectation was for us to wait several weeks to replace a home appliance and they could not take care of it even when I went to the store in person. Left the appliance there with their manager and canceled my Best Buy accounts (Personal & Business). I get better customer service from online retailers. Save your money and buy somewhere else.
The customer rep named - Big Red is the boss. Good customer service.
